Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطهای هوش هیجانی در رابطه بین سبکهای فرزندپروری با قلدری بود. روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری دانشآموزان پسر کلاس هفتم و هشتم مدارس شهر اراک در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بودهاند. از این میان با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای، 484 دانشآموز به همراه مادرانشان انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس قلدری ایلینویز،، پرسشنامه خودگزارشی هوش هیجانی شاته و دیگران و پرسشنامه فرزندپروری بامریند استفاده شد. در تحلیل دادهها، شیوههای آمار توصیفی، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون به شیوه سلسله مراتب به کار رفت. نتایج حاصل ازتحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد هوش هیجانی در رابطه بین فرزندپروری مستبدانه و قلدری دارای نقش واسطهای جزیی و در رابطه بین فرزندپروری مقتدرانه و قلدری دارای نقش واسطهای کامل است. نتیجه اینکه سبکهای فرزندپروری و نوع نگرش والدین نسبت به رفتار کودکان، میتواند به شکلگیری تعارضات رفتاری بین فردی در کودکان به شکل قلدری، منجر شود. از سوی دیگر هوشهیجانی میتواند به مدیریت خشم، احساس مثبت در خویشتن و جرأتمندی در روابط بینفردی کمک کند. از این رو برای پیشگیری و مقابله با قلدری، آموزش نحوه فرزندپروری بهینه به والدین که سبب رشد روانی-هیجانی مثبت و سازگارانه در کودک یاری میرساند، ضروری به نظر میرسد.
The aim of this study was to investigate mediation effect of emotional intelligence between authoritarian, authoritative and permissive parenting styles with bullying. A total of 484 boy students (between seven and eight degree) with their mothers selected by random cluster sampling method. Students completed Illinois Bullying Scale, and Schutte Self-Report Inventory and their Mothers completed Baumrind Parenting styles Questionnaire. The results of the regression analysis indicated that authoritative parenting predicted emotional intelligence negatively and authoritarian parenting predicted emotional intelligence positively. Also emotional intelligence had partial mediation role between authoritative parenting and bullying and complete meditation role between authoritarian parenting and bullying. Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study it can be concluded that parent’s attitude about children’s maltreatment can shape bullying and victimization in children. Also findings highlight the importance of emotional intelligence in students academic, emotional and interpersonal lives. Finally suggest for the purpose of bullying prevention programs, education of optimal parenting is necessary.
