Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مزایا و معایب ضمن خدمت برگزار شده ، در در آموزش و پرورش از دیدگاه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهر بناب میباشد. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود جامعه آماری این پژوهش معلمان مقطع ابتدایی با سابقه‌ی تدریس بالای 20 سال در شهر بناب بود. به منظور بررسی متغیرها پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته در بین دو گروه مطالعه از معلمان شهرستان بناب، استان آذربایجان شرقی برای دوره های عمومی و تخصصی ضمن خدمت توزیع شد. پایایی نتایج حاصل، ضمن تامین اعتبار محتوایی چک لیست، از طریق ضریب آلفای کرانباخ به میزان 91/0برآورد و با استفاده از شاخص‌های میانگین و آزمون t مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که دوره‌های آموزش ضمن‌خدمت در مؤلفه‌های افزایش توان و غنای علمی و فکری معلم، مهارتهای برقراری ارتباط با دانش‌آموزان و تاثیر دوره در افزایش مهارتها و استفاده از فناوری‌های آموزشی تفاوت معناداری دارد. همچنین اثر این دوره‌ها بر مؤلفه‌های مهارتهای برقراری ارتباط با والدین، حل مشکلات درسی دانش آموزان و مهارتهای حرفه ای معلم تفاوت معناداری ندارد.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of in-service education in the perspective of primary school teachers in Bonab. The method used in this study was a descriptive survey The target population of this study was primary school teachers with over 20 years teaching experience in Bonab. In order to investigate the variables, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed between two study groups of teachers in Bonab city, East Azarbaijan province for general and specialized in-service courses. The reliability of the results, while ensuring the content validity of the checklist, was estimated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.91 and analyzed by means of means and t-test. The findings of this study showed that in-service training courses are focused on enhancing the teacher's scientific and intellectual ability, enriching communication skills with students, and the impact of the course on enhancing skills and using educational technologies. There is a significant difference. Also, the effect of these courses on the components of parenting skills, student problem solving, and teacher professional skills was not significantly different.
