Abstract:

هدف این مقاله، بررسی ماهیت و نقش "بازاریابی اجتماعی ابعاد انتقادی" و وضعیت آن در علم بازاریابی، بوده و نشان داده شد که این نوع فعالیت را می توان یک بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی که تعریف رسمی تری دارد، عنوان کرد. توانایی بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی در آگاه شدن از تحقیقات و شواهد علمی و نیز فعالیت های مختلف در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار خواهد گرفت. مباحث علمی در زمینه نقش بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی در بازاریابی اجتماعی و الگوهای بازاریابی انتقادی نیز بررسی خواهند شد کاربرد چهارچوب بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی برای ارزیابی تاثیر بازاریابی مواد غذایی و تنباکو نیز در این مقاله عنوان می شود. مقاله حاضر از چهارچوب بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی در محیط واقعی استفاده می کند. برخی مسائل مهم نظیر اینکه بازاریابان اجتماعی انتقادی چه کسانی اند و این مفهوم در کجای علم بازاریابی قرار دارد، ارائه می شود. همچنین می توان گفت که بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی بر اساس ویژگی هایی که دارد می تواند یک زیرمجموعه ای از بازاریابی را بوجود آورد. در مقاله ما، تعریفی از بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی و جایگاه آن در علم بازاریابی، ذکر می شود. مباحثات در زمینه ویژگی های انتقادی بازاریابی اجتماعی و الگوهای بازاریابی انتقادی نیز نشان می دهند ادبیات پیشین در تعریف این واژه با دشواری هایی همراه بودهاند. بنابراین بررسی کاربرد بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی می تواند صحت و ثقم آن را نشان دهد بازاریابی اجتماعی انتقادی به عنوان زیرمجموعه ای بازاریابی اجتماعی بوده که در تعیین اصول بازاریابی، سازمان های بازاریابی و مفاهیم آن، نقشی ایفا می کند.
