Abstract:
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه رهبری دانش با بهبود سازمانی از دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران است.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کتابداران کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران تشکیل می‌دهند که مجموعاً 140 نفر می‌باشند. جهت گردآوری داده از دو پرسشنامه رهبری دانش ویتالا (2004) و بهبود سازمانی اورتون (2007) استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آمار توصیفی، آزمون‌های آماری و از نسخه 19 نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: نشان داد که وضعیت رهبری دانش با 6005/3 درصد و بهبود سازمانی با 5500/3 درصد در بین کتابداران کتابخانه‌های مرکزی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران بالاتر از حد متوسط قرار دارد. همچنین، بین رهبری دانش و بهبود سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری نمود که بین رهبری دانش و بهبود سازمانی کتابداران رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز در این پژوهش نشان داد رهبری دانش توان پیش‌بینی بهبود سازمانی را دارد. از بین مولفه‌های رهبری دانش، مؤلفه گرایش به یادگیری بیشترین تأثیر را در پیش‌بینی بهبود سازمانی دارد
Objective: This study investigated the relationship between knowledge leadership and
organizational improvement from the viewpoint of librarians of central libraries of state universities
of Tehran.
Methods: The present study is a descriptive-correlational one. The statistical population
consisted of all librarians of central libraries of state universities of Tehran, which totally have 140
people. For data collection, Vitala’s Knowledge Leadership Scale (2004) and Orton Inventory
Improvement (2007) were used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics, statistical tests and SPSS
software version 19 were used.
Results: The results revealed that knowledge leadership status with the 3.6005% and
organizational improvement with 3.5500% among the librarians of the central libraries of state
universities of Tehran was higher than the mean. Moreover, there was a positive and significant
relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational improvement.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between
knowledge leadership and organizational improvement of librarians. Multiple regression analysis
also showed that knowledge leadership has the potential to predict organizational improvement.
Among the components of knowledge leadership, the component of learning tendency has the
greatest impact in predicting organizational improvement.
