Abstract:
اهداف: رضایت از زندگی نگرشی است که فرد از زندگی خود دارد و بهطور تنگاتنگی با رفاه و آسایش شخص مرتبط است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت استرس با محتوای معنویتدرمانی ایرانی- اسلامی بر رضایت از زندگی در زنان مبتلا به فیبرومیالژیا بود.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر بهصورت نیمهآزمایشی، در قالب کارآزمایی بالینی کنترلشده تصادفی دوگروهی در سال ۱۳۹۶ روی ۳۰ نفر از زنان مبتلا به فیبرومیالزیا مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای درد شهر اصفهان اجرا شد که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. این افراد بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه (هر گروه ۱۵ نفر) جایگزین شدند. افراد گروه آزمایش علاوه بر درمان دارویی، برنامه آموزش مدیریت استرس با محتوای معنویتدرمانی ایرانی- اسلامی را طی ۱۲ جلسه گروهی یک بار در هفته دریافت کردند، اما افراد گروه کنترل تنها درمان دارویی را دریافت نمودند. کلیه شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی را در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و در مرحله پیگیری (۴۵ روز پس از پسآزمون) تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازههای تکرارشده و توسط نرمافزار SPSS ۲۳ مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: برنامه مبتنی بر مدیریت استرس با محتوای معنویتدرمانی ایرانی- اسلامی بر افزایش رضایت از زندگی در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری تاثیر معنیداری داشت، بهطوری که رضایت از زندگی زنان گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه گواه بهبود قابل توجهی یافته بود (۰/۰۰۰۱>p).
نتیجهگیری: آموزش مدیریت استرس با محتوای معنویتدرمانی ایرانی- اسلامی روش موثری برای افزایش رضایت از زندگی در زنان مبتلا به بیماری فیبرومیالژیا است.
Aims: Life satisfaction is the attitude which people have towards their lives. This attitude is closely related to the welfare of humans. Regarding this, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Iranian-Islamic spiritual stress management therapy on the life satisfaction of women with Fibromyalgia.
Materials and Methods: The research was carried out in a semi-experimental design, with two-group randomized controlled trial (one experimental group and one control group), with three-stage (pretest, posttest and followup). Among the statistical population of women with fibromyalgia in Isfahan city, 30 patients were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. In addition to drug therapy, participants in the experimental group received an Iranian-Islamic spiritual stress management therapy in 12 sessions once a week, but control group participants received only drug treatment. All participants completed the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) in three stages of pretest, posttest and at the follow-up stage (45 days after posttest). The data of the research were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variances.
Findings: The results of repeated measure analysis of variances showed that Iranian-Islamic spiritual stress-management therapy after intervention and follow-up had a significant effect on increase the life satisfaction. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, Iranian-Islamic spiritual stress management therapy is an effective method for increasing the life satisfaction in women with fibromyalgia. This finding has practical implications for future research pathways as well as clinical assistance to women with fibromyalgia.
