Abstract:
افغانستان بزرگترین تولیدکننده مواد مخدر در جهان است و علیرغم اینکه کشوری است که محصور در خشکی بوده و فاقد منابع و ذخایر معدنی است ولی با وجود این شرایط، در منطقه از جایگاه مهمی برخوردار است؛ از جمله همسایگی با قدرتهای جهانی مثل چین و روسیه و مجاورت با قفقاز که افغانستان را به یکی از مناطق مهم برای دستیابی به اهداف گروههای تروریستی و کشورهایی همچون آمریکا تبدیل کرده است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی نقش گروه تروریستی طالبان در حمایت از تولید خشخاش و مواد مخدردر افغانستان پرداخته است. در افغانستان گروههای تروریستی مختلفی فعالیت میکنند. اکثر این گروههای تروریستی از درآمدهای به دست آمده از تولید و قاچاق مواد مخدر در راستای اهداف تروریستی خود استفاده میکنند. مهمترین گروههای تروریستی فعال در افغانستان طالبان، داعش و القاعده هستند که در این پژوهش، ضمن اشاره به نقش گروه تروریستی طالبان در حمایت از تولید خشخاش و مواد مخدر در افغانستان و میزان زمینهای زیر کشت خشخاش در مناطق تحت کنترل این گروه، تأثیر تجارت مواد مخدر بر فعالیت طالبان در افغانستان تبیین و مورد بررسی علمی قرار خواهد گرفت.
Afghanistan is the largest producer of narcotics in the world, and despite being a landlocked country with no mineral resources, it still has an important position in the region; Including its proximity to world powers such as China and Russia and its proximity to the Caucasus, which has made Afghanistan one of the most important areas to achieve the goals of terrorist groups and countries such as the United States. This article examines the role of the Taliban terrorist group in supporting poppy and narcotics production in Afghanistan using a descriptive-analytical method. There are various terrorist groups operating in Afghanistan. Most of these terrorist groups use the proceeds from the production and trafficking of narcotics for their own terrorist purposes. The most important terrorist groups active in Afghanistan are the Taliban, ISIS and al-Qaeda. In this study, while pointing to the role of the Taliban terrorist group in supporting poppy and narcotics production in Afghanistan Narcotics will be explained and studied scientifically on the activities of the Taliban in Afghanistan.
