Abstract:
ﻫﺪف اﺻﻠﯽ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮداری اﺻﻔﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﻫﻢﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری آن، ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮداری اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 220 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪ و روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. دادهﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺎ روش ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﮔﺮدآوریﺷﺪه و ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎی k-s، ﻫﻢﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن، دورﺑﯿﻦ واﺗﺴﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻫﻢزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار spss22 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪ آن) اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ 0/83، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻤﻮدی 0/60 و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻧﻬﺎدی 0/50 (ﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن) 0/72 (راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻦ وارد ﺑﺮ ﻣﺪل ﻗﺎدرﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻫﻢزﻣﺎن 53/2%) اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ 69/5%، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻤﻮدی 36/1% و اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻧﻬﺎدی 24/5%(از ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﻧﯿﺮوی اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ) ﻣﻼک (را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﻪﻋﺒﺎرﺗﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﮏ واﺣﺪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، 53/2% ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﻓﺰوده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ در ﺧﺼﻮص ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎی اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ، ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﮏ واﺣﺪ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺟﺎﻧﺒﯽ 69/5%، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻤﻮدی 36/1% واﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻧﻬﺎدی 24/5% ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮهوری ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﻓﺰوده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and productivity of Isfahan Municipality manpower. The research method used in this article was descriptive-correlation and its statistical population was the human resources managers of Isfahan Municipality. The sample size was ٢٢٠ people and the sampling method of the present study was random. Research data were collected by library and field methods and k-s, Pearson correlation, Watson camera and simultaneous regression were used to analyze the data using SPSS٢٢ software. The results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational trust and all three components (lateral trust ٠٫٨٣, vertical trust ٠٫٦٠ and institutional trust ٠٫٥٠) with employee productivity (٠٫٧٢). Also, the predictor variables included in the model are able to simultaneously explain ٥٣٫٢٪ (٦٩٫٥٪ lateral trust, ٣٦٫١٪ vertical trust and ٢٤٫٥٪ institutional trust) of the changes in manpower productivity variables (criteria). In other words, with the increase of one unit of organizational trust, ٥٣٫٢٪ increases the productivity of employees. ٠٫٢٤ increases employee productivity.
