Abstract:
زمینه : توجه به تحولات روزافزون و آینده یکی از ضروری ترین عوامل در هر سازمانی است. شناخت و پیش بینی دقیق آینده موجب ارتقاء و توسعه ای بخش های مختلف هر سازمان به ویژه از بعد کارآفرینی سازمانی می گردد. برمبنای گسترش فضای رقابتی و رشد فزاینده انتظارات جوامع، دگرگونی های و تهدیدات سریع محیطی از این رو استفاده از تکنیک های علمی متغیر آینده نگاری با نگاه نظامندانه و درست به سوی آینده مورد نیازست که امروزه توجه اکثر مدیران و صنایع به این موضوع معطوف گردیده است. هدف: هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر مولفه ای آینده نگاری بر توسعه ای کارآفرینی سازمانی در بنگاه های کوچک و متوسط است. روش‌ها: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از بعد تکنیک گرده آوری اطلاعات توصیفی- پیمایشی و از روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیرزل برای تحلیل عاملی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اعضای هیت علمی متخصصان و مدیران در این حوزه بالغ بر 460 نفر که 210 نفر از آنها با استفاده از جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده اند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده می باشد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. یافته ها: تمام خروجیهای آینده نگاری و فرایندهای آیندهنگاری بر متغیرکارآفرینی سازمانی تاثیر داشته اند. نتیجه گیری: شاخص آینده نگاری بر متغیر سرمایه گذاری در بنگاه های کوچک و متوسط ایران از بیشترین تاثیر برخوردار می باشد. لذا باید بنگاه ها توجه خاصی به این موضوع مبذول نمایند.

Based on the expansion of competitive space and the growing growth of societies' expectations, rapid environmental transformations and threats, the use of scientific variables of foresight variables with a systematic and correct look to the future is nowadays the focus of attention of most managers and industries. . Purpose: The main purpose of the present research is to investigate the effect of futuristic component on the development of enterprise entrepreneurship in small and medium enterprises. Methods: The present research is applied in terms of the purpose and the method of descriptive-survey information gathering technique and the Structural Equation Modeling Method with Liezel software have been used for factor analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of 460 members of the scientific community of experts and managers in this field, 210 of whom were selected using the Morgan table. Simple random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. Findings: All foresight outputs and foresight processes affect the variables of organizational entrepreneurship. Conclusion: Forecasting index has the most impact on the investment variable in small and medium companies of Iran. Therefore, firms should pay particular attention to this issue
