Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای زندگی بر وابستگی به فضای مجازی و قلدری سایبری در نوجوانان منطقه 3 شهر تهران بود. روش پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموز پسر مقطع دوم متوسطه منطقه 3 شهر تهران که در سال تحصیلی 1398 تحصیل میکردند، از میان آنها 30 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری در دسترس و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش 12 جلسهی 90 دقیقهای آموزش مهارتهای زندگی را دریافت کرد، اما گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای را دریافت نکرد. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ(1998) و قلدری پاتچین و هیندوجا (2011) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مکرر در نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت. بر اساس این پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش مهارتهای زندگی باعث کاهش وابستگی به فضای مجازی و قلدری سایبری میشود و میتوان بهعنوان یک روش آموزشی برای افراد موردنظر توصیه شود. لازم به ذکر است که این آموزش دارای یک دوره پیگیری یکماهه بود که نتایج آموزش این مهارتها را مثبت نشان داد.
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of life skills training on dependence on internet and cyber bullying among adolescents in district 3 of Tehran. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population includes all male high school students of District 3 of Tehran who were studying in 1398 academic year who 30 individuals were selected by convenience sampling and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 12 sessions of 90-minute sessions of life skills training, but the control group did not receive any intervention. To collect data from Yang Internet Addiction Questionnaire (1998) and Patchin and Hindu Bullying (2011) were used. Data were analyzed using test repeated variance analysis in SPSS software. Based on this study, it can be concluded that life skills training reduces internet addiction and cyber bullying and can be recommended as a training method for the target population. It should be noted that this training had a one-month follow-up period that showed positive results in training these skills.
