Abstract:

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: با توجه به اثرگذاری فرهنگ سازمانی بر تمامی جنبه‌های سازمان، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی استقرار مدیریت دانش در سازمان، متاثر از مبانی فرهنگ سازمانی آن پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: استراتژی پژوهش حاضر، به دلیل تلاش برای کشف مبانی فرهنگ سازمانی موثر بر مدیریت دانش از نوع اکتشافی و به دلیل دریافت نظرات نخبگان و جامعه آماری ازطریق پرسش‌نامه‌های پژوهشگر ساخته پیمایشی - تحلیلی به روش دلفی می‌باشد. دور اول با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و دور دوم با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به کمک جدول مورگان صورت گرفت. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS محاسبه شدند. یافته‌ها: ضریب قضاوت آزمون کندال، اتفاق آرای خبرگان دور اول را بر روی مبانی تایید نمود. نتایج اسپیرمن، همبستگی مثبت و قوی متغیرهای پیش‌بین و ملاک را تاییدکرد. خروجی‌های رگرسیون، اثرگذاری مبانی فرهنگ سازمانی بر متغیرهای ملاک و مثبت بودن و معناداری رابطه‌ها را نشان دادند. هم‌چنین ضرایب تعیین روابط را تبیین نموده، ضرایب مسیر استاندارد شده جهت مثبت روابط را تایید نمودند. بالاترین رابطه اثرگذار از نظر شدت 62% به مفاهیم اساسی و کمترین آن 16% به جلوه‌های ظاهری تعلق داشته است. نوآوری: وزن‌دهی مبانی فرهنگ سازمانی به عنوان جنبه نوآوری پژوهش، بااستفاده از آزمون فریدمن صورت گرفت. نتیجه‌گیری: فرهنگ سازمانی عاملی موثر در استقرار سیستم مدیریت دانش بوده، کارکردهای شناسایی، تسهیم و استفاده دانش می‌تواند از طریق بهبود و ارتقای فرهنگ سازمانی به کارکنان تفهیم شود.

This study has been focused on establishment of knowledge management influenced by corporate culture’s bases. Its methodology was survey- analytics as well as exploratory-applicable one as goal. Delphi technic was applied as a research performing in two rounds. First round was done through experts as a purposed sampling to identify qualitative variables. Second round as a simple random sampling was completed via Morgan table in National Library & Archived of I.R. of Iran. Output of Kendall Test approved the variables in First round. In second round, after estimating the validity and reliability, then intensity and type of correlation in linkages were tested by Spearman. As well regression test was calculated to predict amounts of changes and effects in linkages between variables to confirm the directions and significations. As an innovative facet, it was categorized the importance of bases based on independence variables through Friedman test. Results showed the effect of identified organizational culture’s elements on three dimensions of knowledge management establishment and beside the relations were meaningful and positive but being some differences in the intensities of relations. Maximum amount belongs to effective linkage of fundamental concepts on knowledge management equal to 62% as well as minimum amount belongs to effective linkage of artifacts to identifying knowledge equal to 16%.
