Abstract:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش مبتنی بر شناخت درمانی به روش مایکل فری بر افسردگی، احساس تنهایی و شادکامی زنان مطلقه انجام شده است. روش: این پژوهش نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. از میان کلیة زنان مطلقهای که در سال 1397 به مرکز مشاورة صادق شهرستان رودبار مراجعه کرده بودند، تعداد 60 زن به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بر اساس مقیاسهای افسردگی بک (BDI)، شادکامی آکسفورد (OHQ) و سنجش احساس تنهایی راسل (UCLA) از آنها پیش آزمون به عمل آمد و تعداد 24 نفر را که در مقیاسهای افسردگی و احساس تنهایی بالاترین نمره را در پیش آزمون و در مقیاس شادکامی پایینترین نمره را در پیش آزمون کسب کرده بودند انتخاب شده و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. و در ادامه فقط گروه آزمایش تحت 12 جلسه آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر شناخت درمانی به روش مایکل فری (فری، 2005) (هر جلسه 2 ساعت) قرار گرفتند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان افسردگی و احساس تنهایی گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش یافت. و همچنین میزان شادکامی در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل افزایش یافت. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر این چنین نتیجهگیری میشود که آموزش گروهی مبتنی بر شناخت درمانی به روش مایکل فری بر افسردگی، احساس تنهایی و شادکامی زنان مطلقه در سطح معناداری (01/0p <) تاثیر گذار است و موجب کاهش افسردگی و احساس تنهایی و افزایش شادکامی این زنان میشود.
Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate The Effectiveness
of Group Therapy Based On Cognitive Therapy of Michael
Ferry On Depression, Loneliness and Happiness in Divorced
Women. Methods: The present study was a quasiexperimental
study with pretest-posttest design with control
group. among of all divorced women who had been referred
to Sadegh Counselling Center Roodbar county in 2017, 60
women were selected availability and Based on Beck
Depression Inventory (BDI), Oxford Happiness (OHQ) and
Russell's Loneliness (UCLA), they were pre-tested and the
number of 24 people who scored the highest scores in the pretest
in depression and loneliness scales and scored the lowest
scores in the pre-test in happiness scale and randomly
assigned to the experimental and control groups.
Subsequently, the experimental group received a 12-session
group therapy (2 hours each session) based on Michael Frey's
cognitive therapy (Frey, 2005). Data were analyzed using
multivariate covariance analysis. Results: results showed that
depression and loneliness of the experimental group decreased
compared to the control group. Also, happiness increased in
experimental group compared to the control group.
Conclusion: results of this study showed that group training
based on Michael Frey's cognitive therapy is effective on
depression, loneliness and happiness at a significant level (P
<0.01).
