Abstract:
درپژوهش پیش‌رو، به سنجش و رتبه‌بندی پیشران‌های موفقیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری فارس پرداخته شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، جزو تحقیقات توصیفی، پیمایشی و همبستگی است و به لحاظ تقسیم‌بندی بر مبنای نتیجه و کاربرد، پژوهشی کاربردی به شمار می‌آید. جامعه آماری پژوهش برای پرسشنامه شماره 1، شامل تمامی خبرگان و مدیران شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان در پارک علم وفناوری فارس به تعداد 135 نفر می‌باشد. همچنین به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های پیشران‌های موفقیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، پرسشنامه شماره 2 طراحی شد که برای استفاده از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی، مدیران عالی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان به‌عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار SMART PLS، نسخه 2 و به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ها، از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Expert choice استفاده‌شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد تمامی شاخص‌های شناسایی شده بر موفقیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان پارک علم وفناوری فارس تأثیرگذار است و بعد سازمانی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین بعد شناخته‌شده است و ابعاد محیطی و فردی به ترتیب در رتبه‌های دوم و سوم قرار دارند. از میان 7 مؤلفه پیشران‌های موفقیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، فرهنگ‌سازمانی به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین مؤلفه شناخته‌شده است و پس‌ازآن به ترتیب مؤلفه‌های توانمندی سازمانی، سازوکارهای حمایتی، خط‌مشی سازمانی، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، زیرساخت‌های محیطی و ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی در اولویت‌های بعدی قرارگرفته‌اند. زیرساخت‌های مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات (نرم‌افزار، سخت‌افزار، شبکه و مغزافزار)، ثبت اختراع و مالکیت فکری، سیاست‌های پشتیبان دولت در بین شاخص‌های مدل رتبه‌های اول تا سوم را دارا می‌باشند.
In the leading research, the success drivers of knowledge-based companies located in Fars Science and Technology Park have been measured and ranked. In terms of purpose, this research is a descriptive, survey and correlational research, and in terms of segmentation based on results and application, it is an applied research. The statistical population of the research for questionnaire No. 1, includes all experts and managers of knowledge-based companies in Fars Science and Technology Park, 135 people. Also, in order to prioritize the dimensions, components and indicators of success-oriented companies of knowledge-based companies, questionnaire No. 2 was designed, which was used as a sample population to use hierarchical analysis, top managers of knowledge-based companies. To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and modeling of structural equations with SMART PLS software, version 2, in order to prioritize dimensions and components, the method of hierarchical analysis using Expert choice software has been used. The results show that all the identified indicators affect the success of knowledge-based companies in Fars Science and Technology Park, and the organizational dimension is recognized as the most important dimension, and the environmental and individual dimensions are in the second and third ranks, respectively. Among the 7 components of success of knowledge-based companies, organizational culture is recognized as the most important component, followed by the components of organizational capability, support mechanisms, organizational policy, personality traits, environmental infrastructure and demographic characteristics. Infrastructures related to information technology (software, hardware, network and brain), patents and intellectual property, government support policies are among the first to third ranked model indicators
