Abstract:
امروزه شبکه­ های اجتماعی و تلفن ­های هوشمند بسیار رایج شده ­اند. یکی از موضوعات جذاب در حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش شناسی مطالعه رفتار اطلاعاتی کاربران در شبکه ­های اجتماعی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه است لذا بررسی نقش متغیرهای هراس ارتباطی و ترس از ارزیابی منفی در استفاده از اینستاگرام و سلفی بر روی کاربران این ابزارهای ارتباطی مورد توجه این مطالعه قرار گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه بیرجند که در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 99-1398 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. نمونه‌گیری به روش چند مرحله ­ای انجام گرفت که بر این اساس 357 نفر انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه های «هراس ارتباطی» (مک کراسکی، 1982)؛ «ترس از ارزیابی منفی» (لیری، 1983)؛ «استفاده از اینستاگرام» (لزبنا، 2015) و در پایان «گرفتن سلفی» (لزبنا، 2015) استفاده شد. هراس ارتباطی و استفاده از سلفی در خانم ­ها به طور معناداری بیش از آقایان بوده و در سایر متغیرها تفاوت معنادار نبود. استفاده از اینستاگرام بیش از حد متوسط و ارسال عکس­ های سلفی و سلفی­های ویرایش شده کمتر از حد متوسط بود. با افزایش میزان اکثر متغیرهای روان­شناختی مورد مطالعه، استفاده از اینستاگرام، عکس­ های سلفی و سلفی­ های ویرایش شده افزایش می­ یافت. با افزایش هراس ارتباطی ترس از ارزیابی منفی در اینستاگرام افزایش می­ یافت.
Today, social networks and smart phones have become very popular. One of the interesting topics in the field of information science and cognition is the study of userschr(chr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))39chr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39')))) information behavior in mobile-based social networks. In this area, this study examines the role of psychological variables: communication Apprehension, Expression of the True Self, and Fear of Negative Evaluation in Instagram and Selfie use. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the role of communication Apprehension, Expression of the True Self, and Fear of Negative Evaluation in Instagram and Selfie use from the perspective of undergraduate students of Birjand University. This correlational study used 4 questionnaires "Communication Apprehension" (McCroskey, 1982), "Fear of Negative Evaluation" (Leary, 1983), " Instagram Use " (Lazebna, 2015) and "Taking a selfie" (Lazebna, 2015) (online) in a random sample of undergraduate students University of Birjand (357 participants). Communication Apprehension and selfie use were higher in women than men, but the age of the participants had no role on the variables. Instagram Use was above average and sending selfies and edited selfies was below average. With the increase of most of the studied psychological variables, the use of Instagram, selfies and edited selfies increased.
