Abstract:
این تحقیق به تحلیل نقش همسوسازی عناصر سازمانی وتدوین برنامه عملیاتی به عنوان متغیرهای اصلی اثرگذار بر اجرای استراتژی می‌پردازد. تحقیق بر اساس نتیجه، توسعه‌ای؛ بر اساس هدف، تبیینی- توصیفی، بر اساس نوع داده، کمی است و استراتژی تحقیق پیمایش، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (حداقل مربعات جزیی) است. نتایج بدست آمده از پیمایش (Smart PLS) نشان داد؛ از آنجائیکه مقادیر ضرائب معناداری t در تمامی سازه‌ها بالاتر از 1/96 و حتی بالاتر از 2/58 می‌باشند بنابراین در سطح معناداری 1/01 و با اطمینان 99% می‌توان صحت رابطه تمامی سازه‌های مدل اجرای استراتژی شرکت آب و فاضلاب را تائید کرد. مقادیر R Square بدست آمده نشان داد که سازه‌های مکنون همسوسازی با 0/671 و عوامل کارکردی با 0/814 از برازش مدل ساختاری قوی و سازه‌های مکنون تدوین برنامه عملیاتی با 0/592، عوامل ساختاری رفتاری با 0/633 از برازش متوسط بالا و سازه تناسب عوامل محیطی با 0/352 از برازش متوسط برخوردار است و لذا می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که سازه‌های فوق از برازش مدل ساختاری مناسب و بسیارخوبی برخوردار هستند. همچنین مدل مذکور با توجه به GOF بدست آمده 0/61 از برازش مدل کلی قوی برخوردار است و بدین صورت به عنوان مدل مناسب اجرای استراتژی شرکت آب و فاضلاب استان تهران تائید گردید.
This research to analyze the role of aligning organizational elements and operational plan as the main variables that affect the execution of strategy. This research is based on the result, developmental, based on objective, descriptive- explanatory, based on the type of data, quantitative .The strategy of the research on the quantitative method is Surveys, the Structural Modeling Equation (Partial Least Squares) . The results of the survey (SmartPLS), indicates that Since the t- values are higher than 1.96 in all structures and even higher than 2.58, So at a significance level of 0.01, with 99% can be confirmed to the accuracy relationship between all the model constructs of strategy implementation water and sewage company. R Squares values showed that the structures latent : alignment with 0.671 and functional elements 0.814 have strong structural model fitness and structures latent operational programs with 0.592, behavioral - structural factors with .633 have high average fitness and proportionality environmental factors with .352 has average fitness , therefore, it can be concluded that these structures have a very good and proper structural model fitness . Also according to the GOF(0.61), model derived from the grounded theory to have strong overall fitness And thus as an appropriate model for implementation of the strategy Tehran Province Water and Wastewater Company was confirmed
