Abstract:
با توجه به مضرات مصرف تریاک در بین نوجوانان و لزوم شناخت مولفه‌ها و ابعاد این رفتار جهت طراحی مداخلات متناسب و اثربخش، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌های مصرف تریاک (فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی) در نوجوانان انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه شهر اصفهان در سال 1397 بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای 201 نفر انتخاب و توسط نیمرخ مصرف مواد و پرسشنامه بررسی وضعیت مصرف مواد، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استاندارد نیمرخ مصرف مواد (محمدخانی، 1386) و پرسشنامه بررسی وضعیت مصرف مواد (محمدخانی، 1385) بودند. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین مصرف تریاک در طول عمر و مولفه‌‌های نگرش به مصرف مواد، ناامیدی، هیجان‌خواهی، تکانشگری، تعارضات خانوادگی، نگرش والدین به مواد، نظارت خانواده، بی‌نظمی محیط اجتماعی، احساس تعهد به مدرسه، فضای روانی- اجتماعی مدرسه نیمرخ خطرمصرف رابطه معنی-داری وجود دارد (05/0P<). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که نگرش به مصرف مواد مولفه مصرف تریاک در طول عمر را با تبیین 47/0 از واریانس، مورد پیش‌بینی قرار می‌دهد. همچنین ناامیدی و نگرش به مصرف مواد مولفه کشیدن تریاک در 12 ماه گذشته را با تببین 17/0 و در یک ماه گذشته را با تببین 17/0 از واریانس مورد پیش‌بینی قرار داده‌اند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان گفت مصرف تریاک در نوجوانان یک پدیده چندعاملی و چندسطحی بوده و عوامل تعیین‌کننده گر-ایش به آن در سطوح متعدد فردی، اجتماعی و خانوادگی قرار دارد که باید در مداخلات پیشگیری، کنترل و ترک تریاک مدنظر قرار گیرد.
