Abstract:
یکی از ظرفیت‌های بالقوه در گردشگری ایران، دریا و ساحل است که امروزه در اغلب کشورهای دنیا توجه به تورهای دریایی؛ ورزشها و تفریحات آبی؛ غواصی و سایر سرگرمی‌های مرتبط با ساحل و فراساحل در صدر برنامه‌های گردشگری قرار دارد. هدف از این تحقیق، برنامه ریزی و امکان سنجی گردشگری دریایی در جزیره هرمز است. این پژوهش که بر اساس مدل ترکیبی تحلیل استراتژیک SWOT و مدل برنامه ریزی استراتژیک QSPM است، به بررسی یافته‌های مطالعات کتابخانهای و نتایج یک بررسی میدانی از طریق مصاحبه بین گردشگران و کارشناسان حوزه گردشگری پرداخته است. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل‌های حاصل از مدل SWOT نشان می‌دهد علی رغم برخورداری از قوتها و فرصتها از جمله واقع شدن در دهانه خلیج فارس و فرصت‌های فراوان، الحاق جزیره هرمز به منطقه آزاد قشم و توسعه و رونق اقتصادی گردشگری و وجود معادن خاک سرخ (برای فرش خاکی) و... گرفتار ضعف‌ها و تهدیدهای مختلفی همچون، کمبود زیرساختهای گردشگری، عدم توجه به این جزیره نسبت به جزایر کیش و قشم و... است. جدول اولویت بندی استراتژی‌های انتخاب شده QSPM بیانگر آن است که از میان چهار استراتژی برگزیده، استراتژی توسعه خدمات، امکانات زیرساختی و تفریحی با توجه به فاصله نزدیک جزیره به مرکز استان، نسبت به دیگر استراتژی‌ها از اولویت بالایی برخوردار است.
One of the potentials of tourism in Iran is sea. Nowadays, a lot of countries pay attention to the marine water sports, water based amusements, scuba diving and other related entertainments, as well as beach tourism programs. The purpose of the present research was planning and feasibility of marine tourism in Hormoz island. This research was based on a combination model of strategic analysis and SWOT model of strategic planning to review the findings of the QSPM, library studies as well as the results of a survey of the field through interview between tourists and tourism experts. The results of the SWOT model of analysis revealed that, despite having strengths and opportunities such as possessing the Persian Gulf and the abundant opportunities, annexation of Hormoz island to Qeshm free zone and the existence of Red Soil mines and also the existence of a variety of threats such as weaknesses and lack of tourism, Qeshm and Kish Islands had not received the necessary attention. The selected strategy prioritization table QSPM showed that from among strategy development services, recreational facilities and infrastructural needs are from the highest priority since Hormoz is closer to the province center.
