Abstract:
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان متمرکز بر شفقت و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر خودشفقتی و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوز سیستمیک انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی پیشآزمون- پسآزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش را بیماران زن مبتلا به لوپوس اریتماتوز سیستمیک مراجعهکننده به کلینیک روماتولوژی بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) و کلینیک طوبی شهر ساری در نیمه اول سال 1398 تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش 60 بیمار بودند که به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و با تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. هر سه گروه در مراحل پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری با استفاده از مقیاس خودشفقتی نف (2003) و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی (1998) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایشی اول درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و گروه آزمایشی دوم درمان متمرکز بر شفقت را در 8 جلسه 120 دقیقهای به شیوه گروهی دریافت نمودند. یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از آن بود که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد و درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در بهبود خودشفقتی و کیفیت زندگی در مراحل پسآزمون و پیگیری موثر بودهاند (01/0 > p). یافتهها اثربخشی بیشتر درمان متمرکز بر شفقت در بهبود خودشفقتی بیماران را تایید نمود. در متغیر کیفیت زندگی بین دو شیوه درمانی تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد (01/0>p). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده توصیه میگردد روان شناسان و متخصصان سلامت از این دو مدل درمانی جهت کاهش مشکلات روانشناختی بیماران مبتلا به لوپوس استفاده نمایند.
Objective: The present research was conducted by the aim of comparing the effectiveness of compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) on self-compassion and quality of life among women with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). Method: The present research was semi-experimental in which a pretest-posttest and follow-up with control group design was used. The research population included all the female patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus referring to the Rheumatology clinic of Imam Khomeini Hospital and Tooba clinic of Sari city, Iran, in the first half of 2019. The study sample included 60 patients who were selected by available sampling method and, then, were assigned into two experiment groups and one control group through random assignment method. All the three groups were assessed by using the Neff’s Self-Compassion Scale (2003) and the World Health Organization’s Quality of Life Questionnaire (1998) in pretest, posttest, and follow-up stages. The first and the second experiment groups respectively received the ACT and CFT interventions in eight 120-minute session in groups. Findings: Results indicated that the ACT and CFT methods have been effective on improving self-compassion and quality of life in the posttest and follow-up stages (p Conclusion: Based on the obtained results, psychologists and health practitioners are recommended to use these two therapeutic models for reducing the psychological problems of patients with SLE.
