Abstract:
هدف: امروزه مهارت جستجو در وب برای بسیاری از جستجوگران از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است و با افزایش شتابناک حجم اطلاعات در وب، فراگیری آنها ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی میزان آگاهی و استفاده دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های ایلام و آزاد اسلامی واحد ایلام از ابزارهای جستجوی اطلاعات در وب است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش، پیمایشی و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه پژوهش، عدد 82/. است که پایایی مطلوبی را نشان می‌دهد. نمونه آماری پژوهش، 375 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام و دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد ایلام می‌باشند که به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند و از آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن، آزمون t و آزمون مان-ویتنی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که میانگین آشنایی دانشجویان دو دانشگاه ایلام و آزاد اسلامی واحد ایلام با ابزارهای جستجوی اطلاعات در وب، به ترتیب، 60/3 و 22/3 است. هدف اکثریت دانشجویان دو دانشگاه از جستجوی اطلاعات در شبکه جهانی وب، انجام پروژه‌های درسی بوده است. از بین ابزارهای جستجوی اطلاعات در وب، موتورهای جستجو بیشترین استفاده را داشته‌اند و در میان موتورهای جستجو، دانشجویان از Google و Yahoo بیشترین استفاده را کرده‌اند و در میان راهنماهای موضوعی، بیشترین استفاده از Yahoo بوده است. میانگین میزان تجربة استفاده از ابزارهای جستجوی اطلاعات در دانشگاه ایلام 01/3 و در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، 44/2 است. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دو دانشگاه از ابزارهای جستجوی اطلاعات در وب، پایین بوده است؛ در نتیجه میزان استفاده این دانشجویان از ابزارها نیز مطلوب نبوده است.
Objective: Nowadays, web search skills are very important for many searchers, and with the rapid increase in the amount of information on the web, it seems necessary to learn them. The purpose of this study is a comparative study of the knowledge and use of students in Ilam and Islamic Azad universities of Ilam branch of information search tools on the web. Method: The research method was survey and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical sample of the research is 375 students of Ilam University and Islamic Azad University of Ilam Branch who have been selected by stratified random sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Spearman correlation test, t-test and Mann-Whitney test were used. Results: The results show that the average familiarity of students of the two universities with information search tools on the web is 3.60 and 3.22, respectively. The goal of the majority of the students of the two universities in searching for information on the World Wide Web was to carry out course projects. Among the information search tools on the web, search engines were the most used, and among search engines, students used Google and Yahoo the most, and among thematic guides, Yahoo was the most used. The average experience of using information search tools in Ilam University is 3.01 and in Islamic Azad University is 2.44. Conclusion: The results showed that the level of knowledge of students of two universities about information search tools on the Web was low; As a result, the use of tools by these students has not been favorable.
