Abstract:
اختلال وسواسی-اجباری و افسردگی اساسی از اختلالات رایج سالمندی هستند که همبسته های این اختلال ها بویژه در پیری به خوبی مشخص نشده اند. بنابراین هدف این پژوهش مقایسه حساسیت اضطرابی، کمالگرایی، احساس تنهایی و حرمتخود در سالمندان مبتلا به اختلال وسواس بیاختیاری و اختلال افسردگی اساسی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه افراد دارای اختلال وسواس بی اختیاری و افسردگی اساسی بالاتر از 65 سال بود که به مراکز مشاوره و کلینیک های تخصصی روانشناسی و روانپزشکی شهرستان بوشهر در سال 1396 مراجعه کرده بودند. در قالب روش پژوهش علّی-مقایسهای، 84 نفر بیمار به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای کمالگرایی اهواز (نجاریان، عطاری و زرگر)، حساسیت اضطرابی (پیترسون و هیلبرونر)، تنهایی تجدیدنظر شده دانشگاه کالیفرنیا (راسل، پپلوا، و کاترونا)، و حرمتخود روزنبرگ پاسخ دادند. نتایج تحلیل واریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 23 نشان داد بین دو گروه سالمندان دارای افسردگی اساسی با گروه سالمندان دارای وسواس بیاختیاری از نظر حرمتخود تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. بنابراین با توجه به اینکه این پژوهش نشان داد که از علائم مشخصه در سالمندان مبتلا به اختلال افسردگی، حرمتخود پایین است، پس شناخت تفاوت بین وسواس و افسردگی میتواند در جهت درک چگونگی ارتباط بین این دو اختلال از لحاظ علامت شناسی، سبب شناسی و درمان در دوره سالمندی سودمند باشد.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder and major depression are common etiologies that they are not well defined for the association of these disorders, especially in aging. The purpose of this research was the Comparison of anxiety sensitivity, perfectionism, loneliness and self-esteem of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder and major depression. The statistical population of all people referred to the age group was 65 years old with a minimum primary education level who referred to the consultative centers and specialized clinics of psychology and psychiatry in Bushehr in 2017. In terms of a causal-comparative method, 84 patients were selected for sampling and filled Ahwaz Perfectionism Scale (Najarian, Atari, and Zargar), the scale of anxiety sensitivity ASI-R (Peterson and Heilbronner), UCLA Revised Loneliness Scale (Russell, Peplau & Cutrona), and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSE) was developed. The results of MANOVA showed that the scores of the two groups is significant only self-esteem. Considering the fact that this study showed that the symptoms of depression in elderly people are low in self-esteem, the recognition of the difference between obsession and depression can be understood in order to understand the relationship between these two disorders in terms of the symptom, the epidemiology and treatment is beneficial in the elderly.
