Abstract:
سالمندان با مشکلات زیادی در زمینه کاهش بهزیستی روانشناختی و افزایش فشار خون و اضطراب مرگ مواجه هستند. در نتیجه، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش سبک زندگی سلامتمحور بر بهزیستی روانشناختی، فشار خون و اضطراب مرگ زنان سالمند انجام شد. این مطالعه نیمهتجربی با طرح پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش همه زنان سالمند شهر آبادان در سال 1397 بودند که از میان آنان 40 نفر با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و بر اساس ملاکهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 20 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 12 جلسه 60 دقیقهای با روش سبک زندگی سلامتمحور آموزش دید. گروهها در مراحل پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف، دستگاه فشار خون و پرسشنامه اضطراب مرگ تمپلر ارزیابی شدند. دادهها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس تکمتغیری تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که بین گروههای آزمایش و کنترل از نظر بهزیستی روانشناختی، فشار خون و اضطراب مرگ تفاوت معناداری وجود داشت. به عبارت دیگر آموزش سبک زندگی سلامتمحور به طور معناداری باعث افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش فشار خون و اضطراب مرگ زنان سالمند شد (0/001>P). بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود که روانشناسان بالینی و درمانگران در ارائه خدمات روانشناختی به زنان سالمند از روش آموزش سبک زندگی سلامتمحور برای بهبود سلامت آنها بهویژه افزایش بهزیستی روانشناختی و کاهش فشار خون و اضطراب مرگ استفاده کنند.
The elderly due to reduced physical and mental functions is one of the very challenging periods of life, so improving their characteristics is essential. Therefore, the present research aimed to determine the effect of health-oriented lifestyle training on psychological well-being, blood pressure and death anxiety of elderly women. This study was a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with the control group. The statistical population of the research was all elderly women of Abadan city in the 2018 year that among them 40 people after considering the criteria for entering the study were selected by available sampling method and randomly replaced into two experimental and control groups (each group 20 people). The experimental group trained 12 sessions of 60 health-oriented lifestyle methods. The groups were evaluated in the pre-test and post-test stages in terms of psychological well-being, blood pressure and death anxiety. Data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of covariance method. The findings showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in terms of psychological well-being, blood pressure, and death anxiety. In other words, health-oriented lifestyle training significantly led to increased psychological well-being and decreased blood pressure and death anxiety of elderly women (P<0/001). The results indicated the effect of health-oriented lifestyle training on increasing psychological well-being and decreasing blood pressure and death anxiety of elderly women. Therefore, it is suggested that clinical psychologists and therapists in providing psychological services to elderly women used from health-oriented lifestyle training methods to improve their health, especially increase psychological well-being and decrease blood pressure and death anxiety.
