Abstract:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل سرمایه اخلاقی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی خاص شهر تهران انجام شده است.
مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از منظر هدف یک پژوهش بنیادی، از نظر رویکرد کیفی و از نظر استراتژی، نظریه داده بنیاد است. داده های پژوهش از طریق اجرای مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند با 15 نفر از خبرگان آموزشی، مدیران و معلمان مدارس ابتدایی غیردولتی خاص شهر تهران که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده اند جمع آوری شد و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری، و انتخابی و نرم افزار مکس کیودا تحلیل گردید.
یافته ها: مدل سرمایه اخلاقی در قالب مدل پارادایمی متشکل از مقوله محوری اخلاق به عنوان سرمایه استراتژیک مدیران، تربیت اخلاقی در خانواده، و اخلاق و معنویت در جامعه به عنوان شرایط علّی، ویژگیهای شخصیتی، نگرش، باور و استعدادهای فردی مدیران به عنوان شرایط زمینهای، مسائل سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فردی و سازمانی به عنوان عوامل مداخله گر، راهبردهای فردی و سازمانی و پیامدهای توسعه فردی، توسعه سازمانی و توسعه اجتماعی حاصل شد.
نتیجه گیری: مدل تدوین شده می تواند مبنایی برای ایجاد سرمایه اخلاقی در مدارس استفاده شود.
Purpose: The aim of this grounded theory study was to present a model of ethical capital of non-governmental primary school principals in Tehran.
Materials and Methods: The data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 educational experts, principals and teachers of special non-governmental primary schools in Tehran who were purposefully selected and using open, axial, and selective coding and MAXQDA software were analyzed.
Findings: main finding of the study was a model of principalschr('39') ethical capital in the form of a paradigm model. The core category of the model is ethics as the strategic capital of managers. Other components of the model consists of: moral education in the family, and ethics and spirituality in the society as the causal conditions, principalschr('39') personality traits, attitudes, beliefs and individual talents as the contextual conditions, political, economic, social, individual and organizational issues as intervening factors, individual and organizational strategies as the strategies, and individual development, organizational development and social development as the consequences.
Conclusion: The developed model can be used as a basis for creating ethical capital in schools.
