Abstract:
امروزه ارائه دهندگان خدمات فناوری مالی سعی در ارائه خدمات نوین بانکی مطابق با نیازهای روز مشتریان دارند، لذا بانک‌ها درصدد برقراری تعامل با آن‌ها می‌باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثربر تعامل بانک‌ها و فناوری‌های نوین مالی به روش ترکیبی اکتشافی متوالی انجام شده است. بدین منظور داده‌ها در دو مرحله جمع‌آوری شده‌اند. در بخش کیفی از طریق مصاحبه با 11 تن از مدیران بانک‌ها و ارائه دهندگان خدمات فناورانه مالی که به صورت نمونه گیری قضاوتی هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند، داده‌ها جمع آوری و کدگذاری گردید. چهار دسته عوامل شامل ویژگی‌های ذینفعان، عوامل محیطی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل مالی شناسایی شدند. سپس در مرحله کمّی به شیوه توصیفی پیمایشی، بر مبنای یافته‌های حاصل از مرحله کیفی، پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی و پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی بین83 نفر از مدیران بانک‌ها و ارائه دهندگان خدمات فناوری مالی که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شده‌اند، توزیع گردید، برای بررسی عوامل و رتبه بندی آن‌ها از آزمون‌های ناپارامتریک دوجمله‌ای و فریدمن استفاده شده است یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که کلیه عوامل شناسایی شده در حد مطلوبی بر این ارتباط اثر گذارند همچنین، ویژگی‌های ذینفعان بالاترین رتبه و عوامل محیطی، عوامل مالی و عوامل سازمانی به ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند.
Nowadays, financial technology companies (fintechs) are trying to provide new banking services to meet the needs of their clients, so banks are trying to interact with these companies. The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting banks' interaction with fintechs using sequential heuristic method. For this purpose the data were collected in two stages. In the qualitative section, data were collected and then coded through interviews with 11 bank managers and financial technology service providers selected as targeted judging samples, and four categories of factors including stakeholder characteristics, environmental factors, organizational factors and financial factors. Were identified. Then, in a quantitative step, in a descriptive survey method, based on the findings of the qualitative stage, a design questionnaire and after measuring the validity and reliability between 83 bank managers and financial technology service providers using Cochran's formula and stratified random sampling O selected, distributed, Nonparametric and Friedman tests have been used to examine the factors and rank them. The results show that all identified factors have a favorable effect on this relationship. Also, the characteristics of the highest ranking stakeholders and environmental factors, financial factors and organizational factors are in the next ranks, respectively
