Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین ارتباط بین مشارکت با رضایتمندی و رفتار شهروندی تماشاگران لیگ برتر والیبال و مسابقات ملی کورس اسبدوانی گنبد کاووس بود. روش تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بود و از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به شکل میدانی انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری کلیۀ تماشاگران بالای 18 سال که جهت تماشای رویدادهای بزرگ ورزشی در شهرستان گنبد در اماکن ورزشی حضور پیدا می‌کنند بودند؛ از آنجا که حجم جامعۀ آماری بیش از 25000 نفر بود، نمونۀ آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان، 384 نفر انتخاب شد و برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقهای استفاده شد.. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مشارکت، رضایتمندی کرونین (2000) و رفتار شهروندی گروث (2005) در مقیاس لیکرت و هفت گزینهای استفاده شد. برای اطمینان از روایی پرسشنامه، پرسشنامۀ اولیه به 10 تن از اساتید رشته مدیریت ورزشی ارائه و با جمع بندی نظرات آنان پرسشنامۀ نهایی تنظیم شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه‌های کیفیت خدمات، رضایتمندی و رفتار شهروندی به ترتیب (71/0، 73/0 و 79/0) به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون) استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، بین مشارکت تماشاگران با رضایتمندی ورفتار شهروندی آنان ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (05/0P<). با توجه به نتایج آمار استنباطی مشارکت در نظارت و کنترل با ضریب Beta (51/0) نسبت به مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری با ضریب (48/0) و مشارکت در برنامه ریزی با ضریب (21/0) پیش بینی کننده قوی تری برای رضایتمندی است. همچنین مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری با ضریب Beta (38/0) نسبت به مشارکت در برنامه ریزی با ضریب (16/0) و مشارکت در نظارت و کنترل با ضریب (29/0) پیش بینی کننده قوی تری برای رفتارشهروندی است.
The aim of this research was to evaluate the relationship of involvement with satisfaction and citizenship behavior in spectators of volleyball premier league and horse riding national championship of Gonbad Kavous city. The method was correlation and application regarding the aim of the study which was conducted as a field. The statistical population was all spectators over 18 years old who attend sport facilities to watch major sport events in Gonbad Kavous city. As this population was more than 25000 subjects, statistical sample was selected based on Morgan table (n=384) using a stratified random sampling method. The data were collected from by three researcher-made questionnaires: involvement questionnaire, Cronin (2000) satisfaction questionnaire and Groth (2005) citizenship behavior questionnaire in a 7-point Likert scale. To examine the validity, the primary questionnaires were approved by 10 sport management experts and the final versions were approved based on their viewpoints. The reliabilities of involvement, satisfaction and citizenship behavior questionnaires were obtained by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient as 0.71, 0.73, and 0.79 respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and regression). The results showed a significant positive relationship between spectators' involvement and their satisfaction and citizenship behavior (P<0.05). Also, inferential results showed that participation in monitoring and control (beta coefficient=0.51) was a stronger predictor of satisfaction than participation in decision making (beta coefficient=0.48) and participation in planning (beta coefficient=0.21). Also, participation in decision making (beta coefficient=0.38) was a stronger predictor of citizenship behavior than participation in planning (beta coefficient=0.16) and participation in monitoring and control (beta coefficient=0.29).
