Abstract:
دنیای امروز دنیایی سازمانی است و تغییر، تحول، بالندگی و بهبود سازمان ها از بزرگترین خصوصیات سازمان ها و موسسه ها درحوزه رقابتی امروز است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی و ارزیابی ابعاد چابکی سازمانی دراداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان خوزستان می باشد. جامعه آماری تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان خوزستان بوده است.( 130(N= نمونه آماری به روش سرشماری برابر با اندازه جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد اسپایدرز (2007) که پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 82/0 محاسبه گردید استفاده شد. مقدار KMO پرسشنامه برابر با 67درصد برآورد شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آماری توصیفی و آمار استنباطی (آزمون تی تک نمونه ای، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، آزمون کولموگوروف–اسمیرنوف) استفاده وسطح معناداری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان خوزستان در ابعاد انعطاف پذیری و شایستگی از چابکی مطلوبی برخوردار است ولی در ابعاد سرعت و پاسخگویی از چابکی مطلوب برخوردار نیست با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد میشود، اداره کل ورزش چابکی را در ساختار سازمانی خود به کارگیرد تا بتواند به طور مناسب به خواسته ها و نیازهای افراد پاسخ دهد.
Today’s world is an organizational world and change, transformation, development and improvement are the largest properties of organizations and institutions in today's competitive field. So, the aim of this study was to assess and evaluate the aspects of organizational agility in Sport and Youth general office of Khuzestan province. The statistical population included all of the employees of Sport and Youth general office of Khuzestan province (N=130). The sample was considered equal to the population through census sampling method. Spiders (2007) standard questionnaire was used to collect data.The reliability was calculated 0.82 by Cronbach's alpha. The KMO value of this questionnaire was equal to 67%. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (one-sample t test, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) were used. The significance level was consideredas 0.05. The results showed that Sport and Youth general office in Khuzestan province enjoyed desirable agility in the aspects of flexibility and competence but not in the aspects of quickness and accountability. According these results, it is suggested that this office should employ agility in its organizational structure so that it can appropriately respond to the demands and needs of individuals.
