Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر سبک های رهبری مربیان بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران حاضر در لیگ برتر دو و میدانی بود. بدین منظور از پرسشنامه های مقیاس رهبری در ورزش چلادورای و صالح(1980)، و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ریمر و چلادورای (1998) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل ورزشکاران حاضر در لیگ برتر دو و میدانی ایران متشکل از 224 ورزشکار بود؛ که 144 نفر براساس جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و شناسایی اثرات متغیرهای تحقیق از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل نسخۀ 8/8 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد، اثرسبک های رهبری آموزش و تمرین (45/0=β، 22/3=t)، و آمرانه (46/0- =β، 23/2- =t) بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران معنی دار است. همچنین نتایج نشان حاکی از معنی دار نبودن اثر سبک های رهبری دموکراتیک(36/0=β، 94/0=t)، حمایت اجتماعی(52/0- =β، 66/0- =t)، و بازخورد مثبت (55/0=β، 80/0=t) بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران بود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می توان بیان کرد با توجه به نقشی که رضایتمندی ورزشکاران در موفقیت فردی ورزشکار و تیم دارد، استفاده از سبک رهبری مناسب برای ارتقای رضایتمندی آنها از سوی مربیان امری ضروری می باشد.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Coaches Leadership styles on athletes Satisfaction In Iranian Track and field Pro League. For this purpose Chelladurai & Saleh leadership in sport Scale (1980) and Rimer & Chelladurai (1998) athletes Satisfaction questionnaires were used. Statistical Society of the study includes Athletes in Iranian track and field Premier League Consists of 224 athletes that 144 Person According to Morgan, using simple random sampling Selected as a Statistical sample of the research. To analyze the data and identify the effects of research variables, Structural equation modeling by using LISER 8.8 Software was used. The Findings showed that, the effect of training and instruction (=β0.45, t=3.22) and Autocratic (=β -0.46, t= -2.23) leadership styles on athletes Satisfaction has a significant effect. The Findings, moreover, showed that the effect of democratic (=β0.36, t=0.94), social support (=β -0.52, t= -0.66), and positive feedback (=β 0.55, t= 0.80) leadership styles on athletes Satisfaction was not significant. Based on results of the research can be expressed with regard to the role of athletes satisfaction in individual success of athlete and team performance, using the appropriate leadership style to improve the athletes satisfaction is necessary from the coaches.
