Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه شدت رؤیابینی شفاف، فراشناخت و پرآگاهی زمینه ای در افراد مدیتور با عادی انجام شد. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع علَی-مقایسهای و نمونه شامل ۲۲۰ نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه گیلان بود. این افراد مقارن با شرایط آموزش مجازی پاندمی ویروس کرونا، به شیوه در دسترس و از طریق ارسال لینک پرسشنامه در کانال های اجتماعی مربوط به دانشجویان دانشگاه گیلان انتخاب شدند؛ بدین صورت که در ابتدا ۱۲۰ دانشجو با رعایت ملاکهای ورود داشتن سابقه تمرینات مدیتیشن روزانه (بین سی دقیقه تا دو ساعت) و مستمر (حداقل به مدت دو سال) و با دامنه سنی 18 تا 40 سال و ملاک خروج سابقه مصرف داروهای روانگردان و اعتیاد به مواد مخدر به عنوان گروه مدیتور در نظر گرفته شدند و به همراه ۱۲۰ دانشجوی دیگر که سابقه هیچ گونه تمرین مدیتیشن نداشتند و از لحاظ سن، جنسیت و سطح تحصیلات با افراد گروه اول همتا شده بودند در مجموع گروه نمونه را تشکیل دادند و پرسشنامههای رؤیابینی شفاف (LuCid)، پرآگاهی (FFMQ) و فراشناخت (MCQ) را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری در نرمافزارSPSS-21 انجام گرفت. یافتهها گویای وجود تفاوت معنادار افراد مدیتور و عادی از نظر شدت رؤیابینی شفاف، فراشناخت و پر آگاهی بود. این نتایج مطابق با تلویحات نظری و کاربردی میتواند علاوه بر جمعیت عمومی، برای پژوهشگران و درمانگران از جهت بهکارگیری تمرینات مدیتیشن به عنوان روشی کم هزینه و بدون ضرر برای تقویت سطوح فراشناخت، پرآگاهی و رؤیابینی شفاف مفید باشد.
The aim of this study was to compare the intensity of lucid dreaming, metacognition and dispositional mindfulness in mediators with normal people. The method of this study was descriptive causal-comparative and sample consisted of 220 students of Guilan university. These individuals were selected in an available sampling by sending the questionnaire link in the social channels related to the students of Guilan university in parallel with the virtual education conditions of the Corona virus pandemic. Initially, by observing the inclusion criteria, 120 students with a history of daily (between thirty minutes to two hours) and continuous (at least two years) and with an age range of 18 to 40 years and the exclusion criteria of a history of psychedelic drugs and drug addiction were considered as a mediator group and, along with 120 other students who had no history of meditation practice and were matched with the first group in terms of age, gender and level of education, formed a sample group. The questionnaires used in this study are: the intensity of lucid dreaming (LuCid), mindfulness (FFMQ) and metacognition (MCQ). Data analysis was performed using multivariate analysis of variance in SPSS-21 software. According to the findings, there was a significant difference between mediators and non-meditators in the intensity of lucid dreaming, mindfulness and metacognition.
