Abstract:
جهت اندازهگیری و درک عواملی که بر تصمیم یک فرد به استفاده از فناوری تاثیر میگذارند، مدلها و نظریههای مختلف توسعه یافتهاند. در این میان، تئوری رفتار برنامهریزی شده (TPB)حمایت گستردهای را به عنوان یک مدل قوی جهت توضیح تصمیم افراد به استفاده از فناوری دریافت کرده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 28161 دبیر ورزش استان کردستان بودند که از بین آنها 205 نفر به صورت داوطلبانه به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. جهت جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه تصمیم به استفاده از فناوری با استفاده از تئوری رفتار برنامه ریزی شده بهره گرفته شد. میشود روابط معنادار میباشند و مدل پژوهش میتواند یک الگوی مناسب را به دست داده و روابط بین ابعاد و متغیرها را به خوبی نشان دهد. این مطالعه اهمیت نظری درک معلمان (یعنی سهولت درک شده ، سودمندی ادراک شده ، کنترل رفتاری درک شده) و فناوری نگرش را در پیش بینی قصد آینده خود از استفاده از فناوری تأیید می کند و همچنین نشان می دهد که عوامل محیطی (یعنی انتظار مدیریت و پشتیبانی فنی) همچنین نقش مهمی در تأثیرگذاری بر فناوری فناوری آنها ایفا می کند.

اين مطالعه اهميت نظري درک معلمان (يعني سهولت درکشده ، سودمندي ادراکشده و کنترل رفتاري درکشده ) و فناوري نگرش را در پيش بيني قصد آينده خود از استفاده از فناوري تأييد ميکند و هم چنين نشان ميدهد که عوامل محيطي (يعني انتظار مديريت و پشتيباني فني) نقش مهمي در تأثيرگذاري بر فناوري آن ها ايفا ميکند.
در اين ميان ، تئوري رفتار برنامه ريزيشده ١ (TPB) حمايت گسترده اي را به عنوان يک مدل قوي جهت توضيح تصميم افراد به استفاده از فناوري دريافت کرده است (٢٠١٤ ,Ciroma).
در همين راستا، در اين مطالعه تلاش شده است تا با به کارگيري تئوري رفتار برنامه ريزي شده به عنوان چارچوب تئوريک پژوهش ، عوامل پيش بيني کننده تصميم به استفاده از فناوري در ميان دبيران تربيت بدني استان کردستان موردبررسي قرار گيرد.
براساس نتايج حاصل از مطالعات مختلف ، باورهاي ادراکي در زمينه مفيدي و آساني استفاده از فناوري، تأثير کليدي بر رفتار پذيرش فناوري دارند؛ بنابراين با توجه به مطالب فوق در اين مطالعه ، فرضيه هاي زير مطرح شد: فرض اول : آساني درک شده تأثير مثبتي بر نگرش دبيران تربيت بدني نسبت به استفاده از فناوري دارد.
