Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي رابطه ي بين خويشتن پنداره شغلي با رضايت زناشويي كاركنان زن رسمي شاغل در تهران صداو سيما مي باشد. آزمودني ها در اين پژوهش 163 نفر بودند كه با روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي چندمرحله اي انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوري داده هاي مورد نياز از پرسش نامه هاي 18 سؤالي خويشتن پنداري شغلي سوپر و 47 سؤالي رضايت زناشويي انريچ استفاده شد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از طريق ضريب همبستگي گشتاوري پيرسون و رگرسيون انجام شد. نتايج يافته ها نشان داد كه بين خويشتن پنداري شغلي و رضايت زناشويي رابطه ي مثبت وجود دارد، اما معني دار نيست و بين خويشتن پنداري شغلي با مؤلفه هاي رضايت زناشويي در مؤلفه هاي اوقات فراغت،روابط جنسي وازدواج و فرزندان رابطه معني داري وجود ندارد. بين خويشتن پنداري شغلي با مؤلفه هاي رضايت زناشويي در مؤلفه هاي ارتباط زناشويي ، حل تعارض، مديريت مالي، اقوام و دوستان و جهت گيري مذهبي نتيجه مثبت، اما ارتباط معني داري وجود ندارد و فقط با موضوعات شخصيتي همبستگي بالا و ارتباط مثبت و معنا داري مشاهده مي شود. به طور كلي، خويشتن پنداري شغلي پيش بيني كننده معناداري براي رضايت زناشويي نمي باشد، كه اين امر مي تواند ناشي از اولويت نداشتن مسايل شغلي نسبت به خانواده در زنان مورد پژوهش باشد.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job self-concept and marital satisfaction of female official employees working in Tehran. There were 163 subjects in this study who were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. To collect the required data, 18-item Super Job Self-Esteem Questionnaire and 47-item Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed by Pearson torque correlation and regression. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between job self-concept and marital satisfaction, but it is not significant and there is no significant relationship between job self-concept and marital satisfaction components in the components of leisure, sexual relations, marriage and children. There is a positive result between job self-concept and the components of marital satisfaction in the components of marital relationship, conflict resolution, financial management, relatives and friends and religious orientation, but there is no significant relationship and only high correlation and positive and significant relationship with personality issues Is observed. In general, job self-concept is not a significant predictor of marital satisfaction, which can be due to the lack of priority of job issues over family in the women under study.
