Abstract:
موضوع نما به جهت رابطه تنگاتنگ با ادراک مخاطبان از معماری، ابعادگسترده و پراهمیتی دارد. تحلیل نماهای ساختمان‌های شهری به منظور شناخت مولفه‌های موثر در ادراک مخاطب گامی مهم می‌باشد و با انجام مطالعات بر ساختمان‌های موجود می‌توان به ارائه راهکارهای مناسبی برای ساماندهی نمای خیابان‌های شهری رسید. این مقاله سعی دارد چارچوبی برای سنجش نمای خیابان‌های شهری از منظر ادراک شهروندان مهیا و از سوی دیگر زمینه ارتقا کیفیت نماهای شهری و افزایش ادراک‌پذیری شهروندان از آن‌ها را فراهم آورد. بر اساس روش تحلیل محتوا در بررسی مطالعات جهانی و داخلی مدل مفهومی تدوین شده که عوامل موثر بر ادراک شهروندان از نما را ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین، مبتنی بر روش مورد‌پژوهی، محدوده پیاده‌راه‌های مرکز تهران به دلیل دارا بودن کیفیت‌های اولیه و تاکید بر حضور پیاده‌مدار شهروندان جهت مطالعه انتخاب گردیده است تا درک واقع‌بینانه‌ای از عوامل موثر بر ادراک نمای خیابان شهری فراهم آید. بر اساس بازدید میدانی، گفتگوهای اولیه و مدل مفهومی، پرسش‌نامه‌های هدفمندی تهیه گردیده و جهت یافتن روابط پنهان متغیرها، و مقایسه تطبیقی آرای شهروندان و متخصصین برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ها، از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است.ابتدا مولفه‌های کلی مدل ادراک‌پذیری، از دیدگاه متخصصین معماری و طراحی شهری سنجیده شده و سپس بر مبنای مدل ویژه نمونه موردی پرسشنامه تدوین گردیده است. پرسشنامه و مصاحبه همراه با برداشت‌های ناظر از شناخت و ادراک‌پذیری شهروندان و در ارتباط مستقیم با مخاطب این محور بوده است. هدف شناخت مولفه‌های اصلی و اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌های ادراک‌پذیری از منظر ذهنی شهروندان می‌باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که از مولفه‌های اصلی ادراک‌پذیری نماهای شهری، مولفه‌های تاثیرگذاری، وحدت، هماهنگی، دلبستگی به مکان، تنوع و جذابیت بر میزان ادراک و شناخت نمای سنتی پانزده خرداد موثر می‌باشد.
The façade subject, due to close connection with the perception of audience, has great importance. The analyses of urban façade are an important step on understanding the effective factors of citizen perception. Knowing the components of the facade in the pathology and analysis of the facades of urban buildings is an effective step in improving the perception of the audience. By conducting studies on the existing buildings, it is possible to provide suitable solutions for organizing the street facades of the city. This paper seeks to provide a framework for measuring the urban street facades in terms of citizens perception, and on the other hand, the field of improving the quality of urban displays and increasing the perceptiveness of citizens from them. Based on content analysis method, in a study of global and internal studies, a conceptual model has been developed that influences the factors affecting the perception of citizens. Also, based on the case study, the range of pedestrian streets in Tehran center has been chosen due to having the first qualities and the emphasis on the presence of the citizenschr('39') walkways to provide a realistic understanding of the factors affecting the perception of the urban street façade. Based on field visits, interviews and conceptual model, targeted questionnaires have been prepared. The SPSS statistical method has been used to find relationships between variables, and comparative comparisons of citizens chr('39')and specialistschr('39') opinions to analyze the information of the questionnaires.The aim of the study was to identify the main components and prioritize the components of perceivedness from the citizenschr('39') point of view. Results show that from the main components of perceived urban visions, components of influence, unity, harmony, attachment to location, diversity, and attraction on the level of perception and recognition of the traditional aspect of the 15th Khordad Is effective.
