Abstract:
هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تطبیقی تاثیر وابستگی متقابل فرصتهای سرمایهگذای با شرکتهای رقیب بر ارزش بازار سهام شرکتهای محدود مالی و نامحدود است. جامعهآماری مطالعه حاضر شامل کلیه شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی سالهای 1395-1391 میباشد. حجمنمونه با استفاده از حذفسامانمند بالغ بر 113 شرکت انتخاب شد. شرکتهای دارای محدودیت از قرار 6032 سال-شرکت شناسایی شد. شناسایی محدودیتهای مالی شرکتها به صورت فصلی به پیروی از پژوهش بخردینسب (1393) و بخردینسب (1399) بر اساس پنج شاخص اهرم خالص، جریاناتنقدیآزاد، جریاناتنقدیعملیاتی، اندازه و عمرشرکت، سودتقسیمی و یک شاخص تجمعی تحت عنوان امتیاز محدودیت که بر گرفته از پنج معیار پیشگفته است، انجام شد. روش اجرای پژوهش مبتنی بر دادههای تابلویی برای آزمون فرضیه اول و دوم و دادههای مقطعی برای آزمون فرضیه سوم است. شواهد پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رقابت در بازار محصولات، تصمیمهای مهم بنیادی شرکتها را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است و وابستگی متقابل فرصتهای سرمایهگذاری شرکت با شرکتهای رقیب به عنوان عامل محرکی در بین مدیران، منجر به بالا بردن ارزش نگهداشت وجه نقد خواهد شد. ولی هنگامی که شرکتها در بازار با تهدیدات و رفتارهای تهاجمی شرکتهای رقیب مواجه شوند، ارزش نگهداشت وجه نقد کاهش یافته ولی در بین شرکتهایی که دارای محدودیتهای مالی هستند، وابستگی متقابل فرصتهای سرمایهگذاری شرکت با شرکتهای رقیب، منجر به کاهش ارزش نگهداشت وجه نقد میشود.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the interdependence of investment opportunities with competing companies on the stock market value of unconstraint and financial constraint. The study population includes all companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2012-2016. The sample was selected using 113 companies. The financial constraints are seasonally adjusted to follow BekhradiNasab (2014) and BekhradiNasab (2020) based on five net leverage indicators, free cash flows, operating flows, size and age (SA), Dividend and an indicator A constraint score of five of the five preceding criteria was identified from the 6032 observations. The research methodology is based on panel data for testing the first and second hypotheses and the cross-sectional data for testing the third hypothesis. Research evidence suggests that competition in the product market has affected key corporate decisions, and the interdependence of investment opportunities with competing companies as a driving force among managers leads to To raise the value of cash holdings. But when the companies in the market face the threats and aggressive behaviors of competing companies, the value of cash holdings has declined, but among firms with financial constraints, the interdependence of the investment opportunities of the company with Competitive companies lead to devaluation of cash holdings.
