Abstract:
استفاده از رویکردهای نوین در آموزش و سنجش میزان اثربخشی آنها برای افزایش بهره وری نیروی انسانی از اهداف آموزش در بخش مهارت آموزی می باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر آموزش به روش حل ابداعانه مساله (تریز) بر تفکر خلاق، حل مساله و توانمندی در بین کاراموزان مراکز آموزش فنی وحرفه ای می باشد. روش پژوهش شبه تجربی با استفاده از گروه آزمایش و کنترل می باشد و جامعه آماری مراکز آموزش فنی و حرفه ای استان کردستان هستند که از بین آنها 4 مرکز و 2 حرفه آموزشی همسان سازی شد و با استفاده از ابزارهای استاندارد بر اساس متغییرها داده ها جمع اوری گشت در پایان داده ها در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS تحلیل گشت. یافته ها نشان داد که بین آموزش به روش معمول بر افزایش تفکر خلاق و توانمندی کارآموزان تفاوت معنی داری در قبل و بعد از آموزش مشاهده شد. بین آموزش به روش تریز و تفکر خلاق، حل مساله و توانمندی در قبل از آموزش و بعد از آموزش تفاوت معنی داری مشاهده شد. با توجه به تاثیر آموزش به روش حل مساله ابداعانه (تریز) استفاده از این روش می تواند در افزایش اثربخشی آموزش های مهارتی نقش مثبت و معناداری داشته باشد.
The use of innovative approaches to teaching and assessing their effectiveness for increasing productivity of labor in vocational training objectives are. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the method of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) on creative thinking, problem solving and empowerment and professional training schools are among trainees. The research method is a quasi-experimental research and by considering the experimental and control group which was done among technical and professional training centers in Kurdistan province. Information gathering tool was using of standards tools and at the end, data were entered into the SPSS software and they were analyzed in two sections of descriptive and inferential approaches. Findings showed International Education Therese and creative thinking, problem solving abilities in pre-training and post-training significant differences were observed. Due to the effect of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) using this method can enhance the effectiveness of skills training has a positive and significant role.
