Abstract:
هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی مدیریت فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش ایران است. جهت دستیابی به هدف تحقیق از روش ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری دربخش کیفی شامل اساتید دانشگاه، مدیران ستادی آموزش و پرورش استان‌ها و معاونت تربیت بدنی وزارت آموزش و پرورش ایران می‌باشد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی و هدفمند تاحداشباح نظری بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کمی شامل مدیران و معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور می‌باشد. در بخش کمی از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای استفاده شد. برای تعیین پایایی آزمون از روش آلفای کرونباخ و نرم‌افزار 23 SPSS استفاده شد. برای بررسی روایی علاوه بر روایی محتوایی از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی به روش کدگذاری نظری انجام شد. برای تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها از نظریۀ زمینهای استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کمی آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و الگوی معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار لیزرل می‌باشد. براساس یافته‌های مصاحبه، برنامه ریزی نیروی انسانی و ارتقای سواد حرکتی دانش آموزان بعنوان شرایط علّی پدیده مورد بررسی شناسایی شدکه بطور مستقیم در مدیریت فعالیت‌های فوق برنامه تربیت بدنی آموزش و پرورش تاثیر مثبت و معنی دار دارند. همچنین اثر مستقیم مدیریت مشارکتی، کنترل و نظارت، سرمایه‌گذاری آموزشی، زیرساخت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، عوامل کالبدی، عدم تخصیص بودجه و عدم عدالت آموزشی بر اتخاذ سیاستهای فوق برنامه معنی دار بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ضرایب مسیر متغیرهای تحقیق معنی‌دار است ونتایج حاصل از روابط متقابل علّی، زمینهای، راهبردها و مداخلات، پیامدهای حفظ تندرستی، نشاط و آشکارشدن خلاقیت‌ها را به دنبال دارد.
Designing Physical Education Extracurricular Activity Management in IranAbstractAbstractThe purpose of the present study was to design a model for the management of extracurricular physical education programs in Iran. To achieve the purpose of the study, a qualitative-quantitative method has been used, consisting of both qualitative and quantitative parts. The statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of all experts, professors of university of educational sciences and physical education and the sampling method was purposive. The statistical population of the research includes all the principals and teachers of Iran. In the quantitative part of the study, stratified random sampling method was used. Based on the findings of the interview, human resource planning and physical literacy promotion identified the students as the causal conditions of the study phenomenon that have a direct impact on the management of physical education extracurricular activities. The direct effect of planning and physical literacy promotion on the positive and meaningful participatory management was significant. Also, the direct effect of participatory management, control and supervision, educational investment, cultural and social infrastructure, physical factors, lack of budget allocation and educational inequality on the implementation of the supra-program policies was significant. Causal relationships are causal, context, strategies and interventions that have consequences for maintaining health, vitality and happiness and revealing their creativity and nurturing. The results showed that the path coefficients of the research variables were significant.Keywords: Extracurricular Activities, Physical Education, Education, Model Presentation.
