Abstract:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هوش اخلاقی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی انجام شد و سؤال اصلی آن نیز در همین راستا تنظیم گردید. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را تمامی کارکنان و طلاب حوزۀ علمیۀ فاطمه زهرای اطهر (س) شهر ایلام تشکیل دادند که در زمان پژوهش 100 نفر بودند؛ بنابراین نمونه‌گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی- پیمایشی می‌باشد. برای سنجش متغیر هوش اخلاقی از پرسشنامۀ لنیک و کیل (2005) و برای سنجش رفتار شهروندی سازمانی از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد پادسکاف و همکاران (1990) استفاده گردید. برای تعیین روایی هر دو پرسشنامه نیز از روایی سازه به کمک تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با کمک نرم‌افزار ایموس و برای محاسبۀ پایایی آنها از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار به دست آمده برای پرسشنامۀ هوش اخلاقی، 911/0 و برای رفتار شهروندی، 802/0 بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به کمک نرم‌افزار Amos انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که هوش اخلاقی بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری به میزان 580/0 دارد.
The aim of the study is to examine the effect of Moral intelligence on the organizational citizenship behavior and its main question was set in the same direction. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the staff and students of the Fatemeh Zohra Athar Branch (PBUH) in Ilam city. Accordingly vacate sample is kind-sort census. The study is applied research and data collection is a descriptive and survey method. Lennick & Kiel’s questionnaire was used to measure Moral intelligence and Podsakoff et al standard questionnaire was used to measure organizational citizenship behavior. To determine the reliability of both questionnaires of construction reliability, it used the confirmatory factor analysis by Amos software and Cronbach alpha test to calculate their validity that the value of Moral intelligence questionnaire was 0/911 and the organizational citizenship behavior was 0/802. The confirmatory factor analysis by Amos Software was used to analyze the data. The results indicated that Moral intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior by the rate of 0/580.
