Abstract:
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش سواد برنامه درسی در توسعه حرفهای با میانجیگری اجتماعات حرفهای یادگیری معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان خواف بود که با روش پژوهش همبستگی و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، شامل کلیه معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان خواف در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 شامل 788 نفر (416 نفر مرد و 372 نفر زن) بودند. از بین آنها و مطابق با فرمول کوکران، تعداد 258 نفر از معلمان با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای به عنوان گروه نمونه (105 نفر مرد و 153 نفر زن) انتخاب شدند. پس از توضیح به گروه نمونه در خصوص هدف پژوهش و فواید آن، اعضای نمونه به پرسشنامههای توسعه حرفهای معلمان (ایوبی، 1393)، سواد برنامه درسی (عباباف، 1392)، و اجتماعات حرفهای یادگیری (اولیور و همکاران، ۲۰۰۹) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-23 و AMOS-9 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین سواد برنامه درسی با اجتماعات حرفهای یادگیری، رابطه معنیدار با رقم 874/3 درصد، بین اجتماعات حرفهای یادگیری با توسعه حرفهای رابطه معنیدار با رقم 994/3 درصد، بین سواد برنامه درسی با توسعه حرفهای رابطه معنیدار با رقم 058/4 درصد، و بین سواد برنامه درسی با توسعه حرفهای و نقش میانجی اجتماعات حرفهای یادگیری رابطه معنیدار با رقم 12 درصد با سطح اطمینان 9/99 درصد، برقرار است.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of curriculum literacy in professional development through the mediating role of professional learning communities of primary school teachers in Khaf. The research method was correlational and structural equation modelling. The statistical population of this study included all primary school teachers in Khaf city in the academic year of 1399-1400, including 788 people (416 males and 372 females). Among them and according to Cochran's formula, 258 teachers were selected via stratified random sampling as the sample group (105 males and 153 females). After explaining the purpose of the research and its benefits to the sample group, the participants took the Teacher Professional Development Questionnaire (Ayoubi, 2014), Curriculum Literacy (Ababaf, 2013), and Professional Learning Communities (Oliver et al., 209). Data were analyzed using structural equation tests and Confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS-23 and AMOS-9 softwares. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between curriculum literacy and learning professional communities, learning professional communities and professional development, curriculum literacy and professional development, and curriculum literacy and professional development and the mediating role of professional learning communities.
