Abstract:
امروزه با رشد فنّاوریهای ارتباطی، دسترسی مخاطبان به انواع شبکههای فراملی ماهوارهای، شبکههای اجتماعی، فضاهای مجازی و آنلاین بهگونهای تسهیل شده که رسانهها برای جذب هر چه بیشتر طیف مختلف مخاطبان و درنتیجه فروش هرچه بیشتر محصولات رسانهای خود، مجبورند مطابق خواسته و سلیقه مخاطبان خود برنامهسازی کنند. ازاینرو ضرورت شناخت دقیق مخاطبان و نیازهای آنان اهمیت بسزایی پیداکرده است. این مقاله به کمک روش تحقیق کیفی تحلیل ادراک، مبتنی بر تکنیک مصاحبه شامل مصاحبههای عمیق و مصاحبه گروهی متمرکز- و در قالب نظریه «استفاده و رضامندی» و مدل رمزگذاری– رمزگشایی هال، دیدگاه مخاطبان نوجوان مجموعه انیمیشن کیخان را بررسی کرده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر این است که سطح خوانش معانی برداشت شده توسط مخاطبان نوجوان چیزی نیست که فقط در اولین باری که مخاطب، سریال را تماشا میکند حادث شود بلکه ساختن معنا فرآیندی است که هر بار بهموجب مطرحشدن زمینههای جدید، دلالتی جدید مطرح میکند. از سوی دیگر مخاطب نوجوان برای ارزیابی و قضاوت درباره وقایع مهم سریال از تجربه خویش استفاده میکند و با مقایسه موقعیت به تصویر کشیده شده در سریال با واقعیت و تجربه خود تصمیم میگیرد.
