Abstract:
زمینه و اهداف: برنامه درسی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت در ارتقای آگاهی و توسعه فرهنگ بهداشتی دانش آموزان اهمیت بسیاری دارد برای توجه به اهمیت مسائل بهداشتی درروند سلامت دانش آموزان لازم است یک برنامه آموزشی که بتواند کلیه نیازهای ضروری آموزش بهداشت را در خود جای دهد بایستی تدوین شود.
روش بررسی: در این تحقیق از روش تحلیل محتوا "آنتروپی شانون" میباشد که پردازش دادهها را در بحث تحلیل محتوا با نگاه جدید و بهصورت کمی و کیفی مطرح میکند. آنتروپی در تئوری اطلاعات، شاخصی است برای اندازهگیری عدم اطمینان که بهوسیله، یک توزیع احتمال بیان میشود. محتوای طرح ازنظر پاسخگو (متن کلیه کتب دوره ششم ابتدایی) و دوازده مولفه اصلی و 58 مولفه فرعی آموزش بهداشت و ارتقای سلامت موردبررسی قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل محتوای آنتروپی شانون نشان داد که بررسی کل 8 کتاب پایه ششم ابتدایی مولفه مربوط بهسلامت روانی با 732 و حرک بدنی 735 مورد بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داده، و کمترین مقدار مربوط به کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماریها با 6 فراوانی است.
نتیجهگیری: در محتوای کتابهای درسی رسمی به برخی مولفههای آموزش سلامت کمتر و یا اصلا توجهی نشده است، درحالیکه سلامت مهمترین عامل پیشرفت و ضامن بقای جامعه است. بهطوریکه طراحی، اجرا و اداره برنامههای توسعه در بعد بهداشت، بیش از هر عامل دیگری زیربنای مفاهیم پایهای چون سلامت است
Background and Aims: Health education and health promotion curriculum is very important subject in order to raise awareness and develop a health culture of student. For the importance of health issues in the process of students’ health, it is necessary to establish an educational curriculum that can be able to hold all essential needs of health education.
Methods: In this article, "Shannon Entropy" content analysis method is used, which discusses data processing in the content analysis using a new vison, both quantitatively and qualitatively. In Information theory, entropy is an index to measure uncertainty expressed by a probability distribution. The content of all text books the Grade sixlong with 12 main components and 58 sub-components of Health education and promotion was examined.
Results: After discussing the entire six grade 8 books, the component related to mental health with 73 and physical activity with 735 cases allocate the highestfrequency, and control and prevention of diseases was the least frequent with 6 frequency.
Conclusion: In the content of textbooks, some components of health education not even noticed or is less significant, while health is the most important factor in development and guarantee the progress of society. So that the design, implementation and management of development programs in the healthcare, underlie basic concepts such as health more than any other factor.
