Abstract:
مقدمه: اعتیاد به اینترنت در بین دانشجویان تحت الشعاع عوامل روانشناختی گوناگونی است که میتوان از این میان به مهارتهای اجتماعی و امنیت روانی اشاره کرد.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین رابطه بین مهارتهای اجتماعی و امنیت روانی دانشجویان با اعتیاد به اینترنت و همچنین، پیشبینی اعتیاد به اینترنت بر اساس مهارتهای اجتماعی و امنیت روانی دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور انجام شد.
روش: روش این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه پیام نور شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۸ بود و نمونه شامل ۲۵۰ دانشجو بود که از طریق نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات علاوه بر پرسشنامه جمعیت شناختی از سه پرسشنامه اعتیاد به اینترنت یانگ (۱۹۹۶) مهارتهای اجتماعی ماتسون (۱۹۸۳) و امنیت روانی مازلو (۲۰۰۴) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره از طریق نرمافزار ۲۲ SPSS استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد رابطه معناداری بین اعتیاد به اینترنت با مهارتهای اجتماعی و امنیت روانی دانشجویان وجود دارد (۰/۰۵> P). همچنین، ۸/۷ درصد از واریانس متغیر اعتیاد به اینترنت دانشجویان توسط مهارتهای اجتماعی و ۲/۳ درصد توسط امنیت روانی تبیین میشود.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین، میتوان گفت میزان مهارتهای اجتماعی و امنیت روانی بالا با کاهش اعتیاد به اینترنت رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد و کاهش میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت را پیشبینی میکنند.
Introduction: Internet addiction among university students is affected by various psychological factors that include social skills and mental security.
Aim: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between students' social skills and psychological security with internet addiction and also to predict internet addiction based on social skills and psychological security of Payam-Noor University students.
Method: The method of this study was descriptive- correlational. The population was all Payam-Noor university students in Tehran who were students in 2019. The sample of this study included 250 university students who were selected through random cluster sampling. In addition to demographic questionnaire, Young internet addiction questionnaire (1996), Matson social skills questionnaire (1983) & Maslow mental security (2004) were used. Descriptive statistics indices (mean and standard deviation) and multivariate regression analysis were used for data analysis by SPSS-22 software.
Results: The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between internet addiction with social skills & mental security among university students (P
Conclusion: To conclude, it seems that the level of social skills and high psychological security has a positive and significant relationship with the reduction of internet addiction and it can predict reduction of internet addiction.
