Abstract:
مقدمه: از اختلالات روانشناختی که سلامت روانی، هیجانی و ارتباطی افراد مبتلا را با آسیب جدی مواجه میسازد، اختلال وسواسی جبری و دوقطبی است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت جسمی و همجوشی فکر- عمل در مبتلایان به اختلال وسواس جبری، دوقطبی و بهنجار صورت گرفت.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسهای و جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه بیماران وسواس- جبری و دوقطبی بستری و مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان فاطمی و مطبهای روانپزشکی شهر اردبیل در آذر تا بهمن ۱۳۹۸ و خرداد و تیر ۱۳۹۹ است که از طرف متخصصین تشخیص اختلال وسواس-جبری و دوقطبی دریافت کردند. از این جامعه آماری فوق تعداد ۴۰ نفر افراد وسواسی- جبری،۴۰ نفر افراد دوقطبی و ۴۰ نفر افراد بهنجار به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه همجوشی فکر-عمل راچمن و شافران و سلامت جسمی عباسی و همکاران بود. دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۵ و با آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین سلامت جسمی و مؤلفههای آن در مبتلایان به اختلال وسواسی جبری، دوقطبی و بهنجار وجود دارد (PP
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها توصیه میشود در بهکارگیری درمان اختلال دوقطبی و وسواسی جبری نقش سلامت جسمی و همجوشی فکر- عمل مورد توجه قرار بگیرد تا به وسیله آن سوگیریهای شناختی در افراد مبتلا به طور ویژهای مورد هدف قرار گیرد.
Introduction: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and bipolar disorder (BD) are two psychological disorders that can greatly impair psychological, emotional and communication wellbeing.
Aim: The present study sought to compare physical health and thought-action fusion in OCD patients, BD patients and normal (non-clinical) individuals.
Method: The present study is a causal-comparative study with a target population consisting of all inpatient and outpatients of Fatemi Hospital and psychiatric clinics in Ardabil between December 2019 to February 2020, and June to July 2020 who were diagnosed with OCD or BD by professionals. Of those, a convince sample of 40 individuals with OCD, 40 with BD and 40 normal individuals was selected for research. The measures used in this study were Rachman and Shafran's Thought-Action Fusion Scale and Abbasi et al.'s Physical Health Questionnaire. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the present study, we suggest that to specifically target cognitive biases in treating OCD and BD, the role of physical health and thought-action fusion should be taken into account.
