Abstract:
مقدمه: بدتنظیمی هیجانی و علائم گسستگی از نشانههای اصلی افراد دارای اختلال شخصیت مرزی هستند که مشکلات بسیاری را برای این افراد به همراه دارند.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی رابطهی کارکرد شخصیت و صفات مرضی در بیماران دارای اختلال شخصیت مرزی و گروه نرمال از طریق بدتنظیمی هیجان و علائم گسستگی انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسهای و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری را ۲۱۴ نفر از دانشجویان سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۸-۱۳۹۷ دانشگاه کردستان و ۲۵ نفر از بیماران دارای اختلال شخصیت مرزی بستری از آذر تا بهمن سال ۱۳۹۷ در بیمارستان روانی قدس، به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس تشکیل دادند و به مقیاس تجارب گسستگی، دشواری تنظیم هیجان، مقیاس بلند سطوح کارکرد شخصیت، نسخه بلند سیاهه شخصیت برای پنجمین ویرایش راهنمای تشخیصی و آماری اختلالات روانپزشکی و پرسشنامه اختلالات شخصیت پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک توسط نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ انجام شد.
یافتهها: بین نمرات اختلال شخصیت مرزی با کارکرد شخصیت و تجارب گسستگی و صفات روانپریشگرایی، مهارگسستگی و دل گسستگی در سطح (۰/۰۰۰>P) ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار یافت شد. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از رگرسیون لجستیک نشان دادند که تجارب گسستگی، سه صفت مرضی و بد کارکردی شخصیت قادر است با درصد تبیین ۲۷ الی۵۶ درصد گروه دارای اختلال شخصیت مرزی را از گروه غیر بالینی تفکیک نماید.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج اختلال شخصیت مرزی از طریق تجارب گسستگی، بد کارکردی شخصیت و صفات مرضی قابل پیشبینی است و به بالینگران توصیه میشود در تشخیص و درمان این افراد، این علائم در نظرگرفته شود.
Introduction: Emotional dysregulation and dissociation symptoms are the main symptoms of people with a borderline personality disorder that cause many problems for these people.
Aim: This study aimed to predict the relationship between personality function and pathological traits in patients with borderline personality disorder and standard group through emotion dysregulation and dissociation symptoms.
Method: The present study was a causal-comparative and correlational study. The statistical population consisted of 214 students of the academic year 2018-2019 of the University of Kurdistan and 25 patients with borderline personality disorder hospitalized from December to February 2018 in the Quds Psychiatric Hospital by available sampling method and responded to the Scale of Dissociation Experiences, Emotional Difficulty Regulation, Long Scale of Personality Functional Levels, Personality Inventory for DSM-5 and the Personality Disorders Questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation test and logistic regression analysis by SPSS software version 24. Results: There was a direct and significant relationship between the scores of borderline personality disorder with personality function and dissociation experiences and traits of psychoticism, disinhabition, and detachment at the level of (P
Conclusion: According to the results of borderline personality disorder can be predicted through dissociation experiences, personality dysfunction, and pathological traits, and clinicians are advised to consider these symptoms in the diagnosis and treatment of these individuals.
