Abstract:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی شفقتدرمانی بخششمحور مبتنی بر تعارضات زناشویی و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر خشم و سازگاری زناشویی زنان اجرا شد. روش: پژوهش حاضر نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان دارای تعارضات زناشویی شهر یزد در سال 1398 بود. 45 زن دارای تعارضات زناشویی با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گروه گواه گمارده شدند. گروههای آزمایش، شفقتدرمانی بخششمحور و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت را به شکل جداگانه دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی (MCQ)، کنترل خشم (ACQ) و سازگاری زناشویی (MSQ) بود. دادههای حاصل از پژوهش به شیوه تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که شفقتدرمانی بخششمحور و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت بر خشم (0001≥P؛ 41/0=Eta؛ 71/12=F) و سازگاری زناشویی (0001≥P؛ 45/0=Eta؛ 25/15=F) زنان تاثیر دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که شفقتدرمانی بخششمحور نسبت به درمان مبتنی بر شفقت تاثیر بیشتری بر سازگاری زناشویی داشته است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به تاثیر معنادار شفقتدرمانی بخششمحور و درمان مبتنی بر شفقت، توصیه میشود در راستای بهبود سازگاری زناشویی و خشم زنان دارای تعارضات زناشویی، این دو روش مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
Aim: the present study was conducted to compare the
effectiveness of forgiveness-based compassion therapy
according to marital conflicts and compassion-based therapy
on the anger and marital adjustment of the women. Method:
the present study was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest
and control group design. The statistical population included
the women with marital conflict in the city of Yazd in 2019.
45 women were selected through purposive sampling method
and were randomly accommodated into experimental and
control groups. The experimental groups received
forgiveness-based compassion therapy and compassion-based
therapy. The applied questionnaires included marital conflicts
questionnaire (MCQ), anger Control (ACQ) and marital
adjustment (MSQ). The data were analyzed through
ANCOVA. Results: the results showed that the Present
interventions have significant effect on the anger (F=12.71,
Eta= 0.41, P≤0.001) and marital adjustment (F=15.25, Eta=
0.45, P≤0.001). Moreover, forgiveness-based compassion
therapy has had more effect than compassion-based therapy
on marital adjustment. Conclusion: taking the significant
effect of forgiveness-based compassion therapy and
compassion-based therapy, it is advised to use these two
methods to improve marital adjustment and anger of the
women with marital conflicts.
