Abstract:
هدف: لکنت زبان اختلالی است که بر روی صحبت کردن یا روانی کلام تاثیر می گذارد. لکنت زبان در دوران کودکی شروع می شود و در روابط اجتماعی فرد و عزت نفسش تاثیر منفی می گذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر مداخله ایی بازی درمانی عروسکی بر احساس کهتری دانش آموزان دارای لکنت زبان در شهر ساری بود.
روش: این پژوهش در چارچوب روش پژوهش این مطالعه شبه آزمایشی با ساختار طرح تک آزمودنی با استفاده از طرح خطوط پایه چندگانه پلکانی است. گروه نمونه به روش دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی ها سه پسر و یک دختردارای لکنت همراه با احساس کهتری بودند. ابزار سنجش بهبود (یا کاهش) احساس کهتری، پرسشنامه احساس کهتری بود. این پرسشنامه در سه مرحله خط پایه (۴ مرتبه)، خط مداخله (۸ مرتبه) و خط پیگیری (۳ مرتبه) توسط آزمودنی ها تکمیل گردید.
یافته ها: برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از بازبینی دیداری نمودارها (فراز و فرود متغیر وابسته)، شاخص های درصد بهبودی، درصد کاهش نمرات، تغییر پذیری و اندازه اثر استفاده شد. بازبینی دیداری، نمودارها، شاخص های تغییر روند، شیب و اندازه اثر بیانگر کاهش احساس کهتری دانش آموزان دارای لکنت بود.
نتیجه گیری: مداخله بازی درمانی عروسکی می تواند به کاهش احساس کهتری دانش آموزانی که دارای لکنت زبان هستند موثر واقع شود و به عنوان یک راهبرد موثر و مطلوب در این زمینه قرار گیرد.
Objective
Stuttering is a disorder that affects speech or speech. Stuttering begins in childhood and negatively affects a personchr ('39') s social relationships and self-esteem. The purpose of the present study was to the intervention effect of puppet play therapy on the inferiority of students with stuttering in Sari.
Method
This research is in the framework of a quasi-experimental research method with a single-subject design structure using a multi-step baseline design. The sample group was selected by convenience sampling method. The subjects had three boys and a girl who stuttered with a feeling of inferiority. The tool for measuring the improvement (or reduction) of feeling inferior was the feeling of inferiority questionnaire. This questionnaire was completed by the subjects in three stages of baseline, intervention and follow-up.
Results
To analyze the data, visual review of graphs (ups and downs of the dependent variable) , indicators of recovery percentage, reduction percentage of scores, variability and effect size were used. Visual review, charts, trend change indicators, gradient, and effect size indicated a decrease in stuttering studentschr ('39') inferiority.
Conclusion
Puppet play therapy intervention can be effective in reducing the feeling of inferiority of students who have stuttering and can be used as an effective and desirable strategy in this field.
