Abstract:
یکی از مهم ترین مبانی نظام تغذیه در قرآن کریم، هستی شناختی می باشد. این پژوهش در صدد است با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی به این سؤال اساسی پاسخ دهد که مبانی هستی شناختی نظام تغذیه در قرآن کدامند؟مبانی هستی شناختی در قرآن کریم در یک تقسیم بندی کلی بردو قسم؛مبانی مجردات ومبانی مادیات تقسیم می شوند، مهم ترین مبانی مجردات عبارتند از: مبانی توحید و خداباوری،وجود موجودات غیبی و فرجام شناختی و معاد باوری و مهم ترین مبانی مادی عبارتند از: خلقت و تسخیر عالم هستی برای انسان،هدفمندی عالم هستی، انسجام پدیده های عالم هستی و اعتدال در بهره مندی. از نظر قرآن کریم هر یک از این مبانی در نظام تغذیه تأثیرگذارند.توحید و خدا باوری دارای مبانی توحید درخالقیت،توحید درمالکیت،رزاقیت و حاکمیت می باشدازآنجا که خدایتعالی،خالق،مالک و رازق همه موجودات است و براساس مصالح و مفاسد رزق و تغذیه همه را توسعه و تضییق میدهد. و براساس حاکمیت، باید ها و نبایدهایی جهت بهره مندی مطلوب از آنها را وضع کرده است. شیطان و فرشتگان در بهره مندی تغذیه نقش اساسی دارن شیطان درگمراهی و وسوسه کردن از مصرف غذاهای حرام و فرشتگان در هدایت و اجتناب از غذاهای حرام انسان را یاری می رسانند و معاد باوری انگیزه ای برای اجتناب از غذاهای حرام می باشد.وتمام پدیده های عالم هستی براساس هدفمندی و با نظم و انسجام خاصی که درمیان آنها وجود دارد،درصدد تأمین رزق و تغدیه آدمیان و سایرموجودات می باشند.

The most important principles of metamaterial beings are: monotheism and belief in intangible beings. Wichat monotheism that has foundations; Monotheism in creation, monotheism in legislation are monotheism in divine sustenance and grace. That affect the health of the human body and soul. According to monotheism in creation, all creatures strive to feed man, and man benefits from them for the health of body and soul. Human health has prescribed halal and haram foods that halal foods are useful and harmful to human health, the rules of slaughter, hunting, buying and selling, etc. are from the grace of God on the servants that affect human health. . According to the verses and hadiths of Satan, by tempting man to consume forbidden foods, he endangers the health of the human body and soul, and the divine angels try to prevent it.
