Abstract:
پس از دوران ثبات نسبی و اقتدار سیاسی دوره شاه عباس دوم 1052-1077،ق/1642-1666م حکومت صفوی وارد دوره ای از تحول سیاسی با اتکاء به دولتمردانی ناتوان و بی کفایت گردید که تدبیری جهت برون رفت از بحران سیاسی و اقتصادی نداشتند. اگرچه با روی کار آمدن شیخعلی خان زنگنه 1079-1100ق بار دیگر بارقه های امید و روشنایی و شوکتمندی بر سپهر سیاست ایران ظاهر شد.. .پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی سیاستهای راهبردی شیخعلی خان زنگنه در ابعاد داخلی و سیاست خارجی صفویان،در دوره شاه سلیمان 1077-1105ق/1666-1694م ،برمبنای مطالعه تاریخی و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به این پرسش پاسخ دهد، که با توجه به افول و انحطاط سیاسی و نابسامانی اقتصادی دولت پس از شاه عباس دوم ، شیخعلی خان زنگنه با اتخاذ چه سیاستهای راهبردی توانست دولت صفویان را از ورطه فلاکت سیاسی و بحران اقتصادی نجات دهد.؟ فرضیه اصلی پژوهش آنست که وی با انجام اصلاحات مالی( توجه و تاکید به ظرفیت های تولید داخلی نظیر محصولات کشاورزی، اقدامات در راستای افزایش ارزش پول ملی)، اصلاحات نظامی( افزایش توان رزمی ارتش صفوی)،اصلاحات در زمینه سیاست خارجی(تثبیت امنیت مرزها، ایجاد سیاست موازنه درمیزان نفوذ قدرتهای اروپایی ) توانست اقدامات موثری در راستای آرامش سیاسی و رفاه اقتصادی ایران دوره صفوی به انجام رساند
