Abstract:

بر اساس تعالیم اسلامی دو رکن اساسی شکوفایی و سلامت اقتصاد خانواده، کار و تلاش و استفادة بهینه و برنامه‌ریزی‌شده از امکانات است. طبق این مبانی، مرد نان‌آور خانواده و زن مدیریت حفظ و حراست از اموال را به واسطة صرفه‌جویی و مصرف صحیح بر عهده دارد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ابعاد مدیریت صحیح اقتصادی زن است که جز با رعایت اصول و مبانی اقتصاد اسلامی به جهت حفظ اموال و دوری جستن از آسیب‌هایی که می‌تواند سد راه باشد میسر نیست. نتایج به‌دست‌آمدة این تحقیق بدین شرح است: زن خانه‌دار برای کاستن مشکل معاش خانه باید مصرف صحیح و بهینه از امکانات را جایگزین عادات و سنت‌های غلط مصرفی نماید. زن به عنوان همسر، مادر و مدیر برنامه‌ریز خانواده به جهت تنظیم خرید و چگونگی مصرف افراد و از طرفی مربی و فرهنگ‌ساز نسل آینده نقش بسیار مهمی در مصرف صحیح اعضا دارد. لذا برای پیشبرد این مسیر نیاز به یک الگوی دینی دارد که مایة نیل به رستگاری و سعادتمندی باشد. در همین راستا حضرت زهرا علیها السّلام که در تمام شوونات، الگوی حسنة زن مسلمان بوده است، در این مورد هم بهترین اسوة ساده‌زیستی و قناعت برای زنان عصر حاضر است.

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی ابعاد مدیریت صحیح اقتصادی زن است که جز با رعایت اصول و مبانی اقتصاد اسلامی به جهت حفظ اموال و دوری جستن از آسیب‌هایی که می‌تواند سد راه باشد میسر نیست. حال سؤال اصلی این است که زنان چگونه می‌توانند مدیریت صحیح اقتصادی خانواده را بر عهده گیرند؟ تحقیق پیش رو این فرضیه را دنبال می‌کند که در شرایط اقتصاد کنونی که خانواده‌ها با مشکلات معیشتی دست و پنجه نرم می‌کنند، زن می‌تواند مدیریت پنهان در زمینة اقتصادی داشته و جبهة حامی و کمک‌کنندة مرد خویش در معاش خانه باشد و اگر این وظیفه را بر عهده نگیرد چه بسا تنش‌ها و اختلافات بسیاری بر سر کمبودها و کاستی‌های مالی به وجود بيايد. همچنین در کتاب «مهارت‌های بانوان در حفظ آرامش و استحکام خانواده» نوشتة رضا علی کرمی در میان مهارت‌هایی که زنان باید به عنوان مدیران خانه داشته باشند از مهارت مدیریت اقتصادی نيز سخن به ميان آمده است. بنابراین یکی از ارکان مهم اقتصاد مقاومتی، مدیریت مصرف است که زنان با مدیریت مدبرانه و صحیح مي‌توانند اقدام عملی در جهت نیل به اقتصاد سالم در شرایط کنونی برای خانواده خود انجام دهند. اولین راه دست یافتن به الگوی صحیح مصرف این است که نیازهای مصرفی و هزینه‌های زندگی، شناسایی و برآورد شود که این امر نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی اقتصادی و مالی دارد. در انتها می‌توان بیان نمود که زنان برای نیل به مدیریت صحیح اقتصادی خانواده علاوه بر توجه نمودن به مصرف صحیح و اصولی می‌توانند نقش تولیدگری هم داشته باشند.
