Abstract:
بشر از گذشته تا به امروز در بسیاری از زمینهها برای بقا و بهبود کیفیت زندگی خود از طرق مختلف به گیاهان وابسته بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی همه جانبه گیاه مردمنگاری گیاهان خودروی منطقه بسطام در استان لرستان از ناحیه رویشی زاگرس است. جامعه انسانی مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق اهالی دو روستای چشمه بید و چشمه صالح از شهرستان سلسله در استان لرستان است. روش پژوهش بکار رفته در این مطالعهی گیاه مردمشناسی، روش مردمنگاری بوده است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل مشاهدهی مستقیم، مشاهدهی همراه با مشارکت و مصاحبهی نیمه ساختاریافته بوده است. نتایج نشان داده که 119 گونه گیاهی متعلق به 41 خانواده گیاهی توسط اطلاعرسانان شناسایی شده است. خانوادههای گیاهی کاسنیان (3/14 درصد)، سوسنیان (2/9 درصد) و گلسرخیان (2/9 درصد) بیشترین فراوانی را در بین خانوادههای گیاهی داشتهاند. نتایج بیانگر این است که دانش و کاربرد گیاهان بسیار متنوع بوده و بیشتر شناخت و استفادهها شامل 58 گونه (7/48 درصد) استفاده خوراکی، 42 گونه (3/35 درصد) استفاده علوفهای، 32 گونه (9/26 درصد) استفاده دارویی و 16 گونه (8/16 درصد) برای ابزار و صنایع دستی کاربرد داشته است.
Human from the past to the present in many ways to survive and improve their quality of life are dependent on plants of different ways. Ethnobotany .The aim of this study is to comprehensively study the Ethnobotany of wild plants in Bestam region in Lorestan province from the Zagros forest. The human community studied in this study is the residents of Cheshmeh Bid and Cheshmeh Saleh villages of Selseleh County in Lorestan province. The research method used in this ethnobotany study was ethnography method. Data collection tools included direct observation, participant observation, and semi-structured interviews. The results show that 119 plant species belonging to 41 plant families have been identified by the villagers. Knowledge and uses include 58 species (48.7%) for edible use, 42 species (35.3%) for fodder use, 32 species (26.9%) for medicinal use and 16 species (16.8%) for tools and handicrafts have been used. The study demonstrated the knowledge and application of a variety of plants that generally provide the security of livelihood and their health.
