Abstract:
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه سبک مدیریت کلاس درس معلمان با خودتنظیمی و مسئولیتپذیری دانشآموزان پایه ششم ابتدایی بود. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشآموزان پسر و معلمان آنها در پایه ششم ابتدایی منطقه 4 شهر تهران که مشتمل بر 4000 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری در دسترس تعداد 310 دانشآموز و 35 نفر از معلمان آنها به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه سبک مدیریت کلاس ولفگانگ و گلیکمن (1986)، پرسشنامه مسئولیتپذیری نعمتی (1386) و پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی بوفارد و همکاران (1995) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی همزمان استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داده است که بین سبک مدیریت کلاس درس با خودتنظیمی دانشآموزان رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد (01/0p<). همچنین، نتایج نشان داده است که، سبک مدیریت معلم در کلاس درس، خودتنظیمی را در دانشآموزان 17 درصد، تبیین میکند. همچنین یافتهها نشان داد بین سبک مدیریت کلاس درس با مسئولیتپذیری دانشآموزان، رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد (01/0p<). سبک مدیریت معلم در کلاس درس، مسئولیتپذیری را در دانشآموزان به میزان 23 درصد، تبیین مینماید.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' classroom management style and self-regulation and responsibility of sixth grade elementary students. This study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study includes all male students and their teachers in the sixth grade of elementary school in the 4th district of Tehran, which consisted of 4000 people. Using Cochran's formula and available sampling method, 310 students and 35 of their teachers The research sample title was selected. In this study, three questionnaires of Wolfgang and Glickman (1986) class management style questionnaire, Nemati responsibility accountability questionnaire (2007) and self-regulatory questionnaire of Bofard et al. (1995) were used. Pearson correlation test and simultaneous linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between classroom management style and students' self-regulation (p <0.01). The results also show that the teacher management style in the classroom explains self-regulation in 17% of students. Findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between classroom management style and student responsibility (p <0.01). Classroom teacher management style explains responsibility in 23% of students.
