Abstract:
مقدمه: کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی علاوه بر مشکلات عملکرد توجه و هوشیاری، پایینترین سطح فعالیت اجتماعی را نشان میدهند و مشکلات بیشتری در دوستیابی و حفظ آن دارند.
هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر تأثیر بازیهای حرکتی و رایانهای بر توجه و روابط اجتماعی دانشآموزان پسر مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی ۱۲-۱۰ سال بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع نیمه تجربی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با دو گروه تجربی و یک گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانشآموزان پسر ابتدایی ۱۲-۱۰ سال مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی منطقه ۴ تهران در سال ۱۴۰۰ بودند. از میان آنها تعداد ۳۶ نفر بهصورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بازیهای حرکتی و رایانهای در ۸ هفته و هر هفته در ۳ جلسه ۶۰ دقیقهای صورت پذیرفت. پرسشنامه کانرز نسخه والدین و پرسشنامه زبوف در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون توسط والدین پر شد. از تحلیل واریانس مرکب و از آزمون تی همبسته جهت تحلیل دادهها و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۳ استفاده شد.
یافتهها: بازیهای حرکتی و رایانهای تأثیر مثبت معنیداری بر توجه و ارتباط اجتماعی داشتند؛ همچنین بازیهای حرکتی و رایانهای بر مهارتهای ادراکی- حرکتی دانشآموزان بیشفعال پسر تأثیر مثبت معنیداری دارد (۰/۰۵≥P) اما بین تأثیر این دو مداخله بر هیچ یک از متغیرهای تحقیق تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد (P≥۰/۰۵).
نتیجهگیری: بازیهای حرکتی و رایانهای موجب بهبود توجه و روابط اجتماعی کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی میشود؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود از این بازیها برای کمک به کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نقص توجه/ بیشفعالی استفاده شود.
Introduction: Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, in addition to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and alertness problems, show the the lowest level of social activity and they have more trouble finding and keeping friends.
Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of motor and computer games on the attention and social communications of male students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder aged 10-12 years.
Method: The statistical population of the present study was all elementary male students aged 10-12 years with Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder in District 4 of Tehran in 2021 and 36 of them were purposefully and accessibly selected. Motor and computer games were performed in 8 weeks and in each session in 3 sessions of 60 minutes. The Connors questionnaire of the parents' version and the Zebov questionnaire were filled out by the parents in the pre-test and post-test. Repeated measure analysis and paired t-test were used to analyze the data using SPSS software version 23.
Results: Motor and computer games had a significant positive effect on attention and social communication; also, motor and computer games have a significant positive effect on the perceptual-motor skills of male inactive students (P≤0.05), but there was no significant difference between the effects of these two interventions on any of the research variables (P≥0.05).
Conclusion: Motor and computer games improve attention and social communications in children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder; therefore, it is recommended that these games be used to help children with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder.
