Abstract:
هدف این تحقیق بررسی تأثیر هوش معنوی بر سکون زدگی در مسیر پیشرفت شغلی سرمایه انسانی با نقش تعدیل گری جوسازمانی در دانشگاه پیام نور استان آذربایجان شرقی است. در این پژوهش برای هوش معنوی از مدل کینگ (2008)، سکون زدگی شغلی باردویک (1986)و جو سازمانی پرسشنامه هالپین و کرافت (1963) استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان و اساتید دانشگاه های پیام نور استان آذربایجان شرقی تشکیل می دهند که به تعداد 240 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت تکمیل پرسشنامه برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه، به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی تک نمونه ای و مستقل، تحلیل واریانس، روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و رگرسیون چندگانه سلسله مراتبی در نرم افزارهای SPSS و SMART – PLS استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، نشان داد که جو سازمانی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و سکون زدگی در مسیر پیشرفت شغلی را تعدیل می نماید و ضریب آن منفی است، در نتیجه تعامل بین جو سازمانی و هوش معنوی منجر به کاهش سکون زدگی در مسیر پیشرفت شغلی می گردد.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of spiritual intelligence on stagnation in the career advancement of human capital with the role of organizational moderation in Payame Noor University of East Azerbaijan Province. In this study, King (2008) model, Bardwick (1986) occupational stagnation model and Halpin and Craft questionnaire (1963) were used for spiritual intelligence. The statistical population of this study consists of staff and professors of Payame Noor universities in East Azerbaijan province, which was obtained from 240 people as a statistical sample to complete a questionnaire to analyze the data and test the hypothesis. Data were analyzed using one-sample and independent t-test, analysis of variance, structural equation modeling and hierarchical multiple regression in SPSS and SMART-PLS software. The results of data analysis showed that the organizational climate moderates the relationship between spiritual intelligence and stagnation in the path of career advancement and its coefficient is negative, thus the interaction between organizational climate and spiritual intelligence leads to a reduction of stagnation in It leads to career advancement.
