Abstract:
در دنیای پر رقابت کنونی، سازمان‌ها پیوسته در جست‌وجوی شیوه‌های جدیدی برای حداکثر رساندن عمکرد و تلاش کارکنان خود هستند. ازآنجاکه جامعه ما یک جامعه اسلامی مبتنی بر دین مبین اسلام است، بررسی تاثیر دین بر ابعاد مختلف زندگی و نیز مقایسه با سایر ادیان، امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی فراتحلیلی رابطه بین تنیدگی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و توجه به نقش تعدیل‌کنندگی دین و مشخصات فردی در این رابطه است. رویکرد فراتحلیلی این پژوهش، دین و مشخصات فردی را به‌عنوان یک عامل موثر بر رابطه تنیدگی و رفتارهای شهروندی سازمانی را مورد شناسایی و بررسی قرار می‌دهد. جامعه آماری، کلیه مطالعات منتشر شده در مجلات معتبر داخلی و بین‌المللی است که رابطه تنیدگی و رفتار شهروندی را بررسی نموده‌اند. در مجموع، بیش از 750 اندازه اثر در 153 پژوهش مورد شناسایی و تحلیل قرار گرفت و اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی ادیان اسلام، مسیحیت، یهود و سایر ادیان مورد بررسی و آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بین تنیدگی و رفتار شهروندی رابطه معکوس و معنادار وجود دارد و نوع دین آزمودنی‌ها بر این رابطه، اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی دارد. بدین‌ترتیب، در ادیان اسلام و مسیحیت تاثیر منفی تنیدگی بر رفتار شهروندی ضعیف‌تر نشان داده شده است. در‌حالی‌که در دین یهود و سایر ادیان این تاثیر قوی‌تر بوده است. همچنین، از سایر عوامل تعدیل‌گر مربوط به ویژگی‌های آزمودنی‌ها جنسیت و تجربه نیز رابطه تنیدگی و رفتار شهروندی را تحت تاثیر قرار داده‌اند.
In today's highly competitive world, organizations are constantly looking for new ways to maximize the performance and endeavors of their employees. Since our society is an Islamic society based on Islam, it seems necessary to study the impact of religion on different dimensions of life and compare it with other religions. The main goal of this study is meta-analytical investigation of the relationship between strain and organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating role of religion and individual characteristics in this regard. The meta-analytical approach of this research identifies religion as an effective factor in the relationship between strain and organizational citizenship behaviors. The statistical population of this study is all studies published in reputable domestic and international journals that examine the relation between strain and citizenship behavior. Overall, more than 750 effects were identified and analyzed in 153 researches and the moderating effect of the religions of Islam, Christianity, Judaism and other religions was examined and tested. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between strain and citizenship behavior and the type of religion of the subjects has a significant moderating effect on this relationship. Thus, in the religions of Islam and Christianity, the negative impact of the stress on the citizenship behavior was weaker, while in the Judaism and other religions, this effect was more powerful. Similarly, among other moderator factors related to the characteristics of the subjects, gender and experience have also affected the relationship between strain and citizenship behavior.
