Abstract:
زمینه و هدف: حج به عنوان عملی عبادی در میان مسلمانان و همه مردم جهان دارای اهمیت خاصی است، اما از جهت اقتصادی نیز دارای کارکردهایی بر توسعه کشورهای اسلامی است که در پژوهش حاضر به این مساله پرداخته می‌شود. مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه حاضر از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی برای بررسی جایگاه و کارکرد حج در توسعه جوامع اسلامی از منظر فقهی پرداخته می‌شود. یافته‌ها: دستگیری از فقراء، توسعه روابط با دیگران، معرفی دستاوردهای اقتصادی مسلمانان و ایجاد ثروت مشروع از جمله نگرش‌های فقهی نسبت به کارکرد اقتصادی حج هستند. در دوران کنونی کارکرد تجاری حج با استناد به ماده 24 گات 1994، سازمان تجارت جهانی قابل حصول است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر، اصول اخلاقی از جمله دقت در ارجاع دهی و استناد به منابع فقهی و دست اول رعایت شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: حج عملی معنوی و عبادی است، اما از جهات اقتصادی از جمله داد و ستد و تجارت، توسعه گردشگری، معرفی الگوی اسلامی توسعه و تعامل با سایر کشورها از طریق گرایش به نوعی منطقه گرایی نظیر آنچه در ماده 24 گات 1994، بیان شده است، قابلیت بهره‌مندی دارد.
Background and Aim: Hajj as a religious practice is of special importance among Muslims and all peoples of the world, but also has economic functions on the development of Islamic countries, which is addressed in this study.Materials and Methods: In the present study, a descriptive and analytical method is used to examine the status and function of Hajj in the development of Islamic societies from a jurisprudential perspective.Findings: Arresting the poor, developing relationships with others, introducing the economic achievements of Muslims and creating legitimate wealth are among the jurisprudential attitudes towards the economic function of Hajj. In the current era of Hajj business, the WTO is available under Article 24 of the 1994 GATT.Ethical considerations: In the present study, ethical principles such as accuracy in referring and citing jurisprudential and first-hand sources have been observed.Conclusion: Hajj is a spiritual and devotional practice, but from economic aspects such as trade and commerce, tourism development, introduction of the Islamic model of development and interaction with other countries through a tendency towards a kind of regionalism as stated in Article 24 GATT 1994.
